For pest control: helpful but not mandatory. CIB&RC training is a plus but we train as part of onboarding. For plumbing / electrical / AC: 1+ year of field experience is enough. For water tank cleaning: hands-on safety experience is what we look for, not paperwork.

Depends entirely on your area's booking volume and how many days you're available. Most of our active Pros do 15-25 bookings/month and take home ₹15,000-₹35,000/month after the platform share, with material costs reimbursed separately. We won't make wild promises.
Weekly bank transfer or UPI. You get a digital statement of every booking with the customer name, service, date, and payout amount. No cash handling between us and you.
Yes. We're not exclusive. The only restriction is that any booking that comes through KaamGenie must be fulfilled and billed through our system — you can't take a customer off-platform mid-booking.
We have a clear dispute process. Customer issues a complaint, you and our crew lead get on a call, we look at the photo documentation, and we figure it out together. Most issues are resolved in 24-48 hours. We don't blindly side with the customer or with the Pro — we look at the facts.
One booking, supervised by a senior crew member. Paid at normal rates. We expect this to happen within 7-10 days of you clearing KYC. After that, you're on the active Pro roster.
