These terms govern your use of KaamGenie’s services. By booking a service through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
1. Services We Provide
KaamGenie offers water tank cleaning services across Delhi. Our standard service includes manual cleaning, vacuum extraction of sludge, high-pressure jet washing, food-grade anti-bacterial treatment, and a service certificate at completion.
2. Booking
- You can book via our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp
- We will call to confirm your booking as soon as possible during business hours (9 AM – 7 PM, Mon-Sun)
- Service is scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time
- Same-day service is subject to crew availability in your area
3. Pricing
- Pricing is published on our website and may be updated without prior notice
- The final price is confirmed during the booking call
- Additional charges may apply for: hard-to-access tanks, abnormally heavy contamination, special timings (after 7 PM), travel beyond Delhi NCR
- All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable
4. Payment
- Payment is collected after the service is completed to your satisfaction
- Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Card, Bank Transfer
- A receipt is provided for every transaction
- For society / commercial AMC contracts, payment terms are agreed separately
5. Our Service Standards
We commit to the following standards on every job:
- Crew arrives in branded uniform with photo identification
- Only food-grade disinfectants and approved cleaning chemicals are used
- The cleaning is completed within the agreed time window
- Before and after photos are shared with you via WhatsApp
- A service certificate is issued at completion
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure our crew has access to the tank location
- Empty or relocate items obstructing tank access
- Be present (or arrange access) at the scheduled time
- Pay the agreed amount upon completion
7. Cancellation
Cancellation by you:
- 4+ hours before scheduled time — free of charge
- Less than 4 hours before scheduled time — a visit fee of ₹100 may apply
- No-show without notice — a visit fee of ₹200 will be charged
Cancellation by us:
- We may cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or crew unavailability
- In such cases we will notify you at least 1 hour before the scheduled time
- You may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of any advance payment
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing tank defects, including cracks, weak structure, faulty fittings, or substandard installation
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
- You agree to inform our crew of any tank defects, electrical wiring near the tank, or other risks before service begins
9. Photos and Marketing
We may use anonymized before/after photos of cleaned tanks for marketing purposes. We will never share photos that could identify your address or personal information without your explicit consent.
10. Intellectual Property
The KaamGenie name, logo, website content, illustrations, and brand identity are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, copying, or imitation is prohibited.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect from the date posted on our website. Continued use of our service after changes implies your acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
