What KaamGenie pest control covers (all sub-services)

One booking, one accountable team, eight sub-services. Each one has a published “starting at” price so you know the floor before you call. The exact final price depends on home size, severity of the infestation, and whether you want a one-time treatment or an ongoing contract.

If you’re unsure which sub-service you need, send a WhatsApp photo of the pest or the affected area to 95603 66362 and our technician will confirm the right treatment before you book.

Why our pest control is different in Delhi

Delhi’s pest control market is crowded with one-man operators using unbranded chemicals from neighbourhood agricultural stores. We’re building this category the same way we built water tank cleaning — with documentation, accountability, and a price you can see before you call.

1. Only CIB&RC-approved chemicals. Every product we apply in your home is registered with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee under the Insecticides Act, 1968. The technician carries the bottle, you can read the label, and the chemical name plus batch goes on your visit certificate. No mystery liquids.

2. Photo-ID and uniformed technicians. Every KaamGenie pest control technician arrives in branded uniform with a photo ID card around their neck. You can verify the name and ID number on your booking confirmation SMS. No strangers in unmarked clothes asking to be let into your kitchen.

3. Pet-safe and child-safe protocols by default. When you book, the form asks about pets, infants, and pregnant family members. If any are present, we automatically default to gel-bait and odourless water-based formulations instead of fogging or oil-based sprays. The technician briefs you on a 4-6 hour stay-out window and tells you exactly which surfaces to wipe before kids or pets touch them again.

4. Proper GST invoice on every visit. Residential, society, or commercial — every customer gets a numbered GST invoice (KaamGenie Private Limited, CIN U74909DL2026PTC466750) sent on WhatsApp the same day. Useful for FSSAI audits, society reimbursements, and your own records.

5. Photo documentation of every treatment. Before-photos of the affected areas, action-photos of the technician applying chemical, and after-photos of the dosed surfaces. Sent to your WhatsApp before the crew leaves your home. The same standard we built into water tank cleaning.

6. 7-15 day re-treatment warranty. If pests show up again within the warranty window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Cockroach gel-bait carries a 15-day warranty. Bed bug treatments include a free 14-day follow-up by default. Termite barriers carry a 12-month warranty on the treated zone.

Common pest problems in Delhi homes

Pest infestations in Delhi are seasonal, structural, and behavioural — not random. Knowing which pest is active when helps you treat at the right time instead of reacting too late.

Cockroaches in kitchens (year-round, worst in summer). Delhi’s built environment — older flats with shared drainage, modular kitchens with hard-to-clean cabinet gaps, building-block construction with hidden voids — gives cockroaches near-perfect habitat. German cockroaches breed inside cabinet cavities and behind the refrigerator. American cockroaches climb up from sewer connections through floor drains. Once you see one in the open in daylight, the colony behind the wall is already large. Gel-bait is more effective than spray for kitchens because spray drives them deeper into voids; bait gets carried back to the nest.

Termites in wooden furniture and door frames (monsoon and post-monsoon). Subterranean termites enter Delhi homes through ground-contact wood — door jambs, kitchen cabinet skirtings, wardrobe bases, wooden flooring. The first sign is usually a thin mud tube on the wall near a skirting, or hollow-sounding wood when you tap a door frame. By the time you see actual termite swarmers (winged adults) in the room, the colony is established and chemical barrier injection is the only real fix. South Delhi homes with kothi-style construction and old wooden furniture are especially vulnerable.

Bed bugs from travel and second-hand furniture (year-round, hard to eradicate). Bed bugs have surged in Delhi in the last few years as travel volume has come back and second-hand furniture markets have grown. They hide in mattress seams, headboard joints, sofa cushion gaps, and skirting boards near beds. A single chemical knockdown rarely finishes the colony because eggs hatch on a 10-14 day cycle — you need a second treatment two weeks later. We include that follow-up by default in every bed bug booking.

Monsoon mosquitoes and dengue (June through October). Aedes aegypti, the dengue-carrying mosquito, breeds in stagnant water that collects in coolers, planter saucers, terrace puddles, and unused buckets. By the time you’re booking pest control for mosquitoes in August or September, the breeding cycle is at its peak. Fogging gives you 24-48 hours of relief; the real fix is identifying and eliminating breeding sources, which we walk through with you during the visit.

Rodents in basements and stilt parking (winter, October through February). Rats migrate indoors as Delhi temperatures drop. Basement storerooms, stilt parking corners, society utility rooms, and ground-floor flats near service shafts are the typical entry points. Glue boards and snap traps give you spot kills; tamper-proof bait stations placed at entry points give you durable suppression. Sealing the entry holes is more important than the bait itself — otherwise the next colony moves in within weeks.

Our process (every booking)

Six steps, same for every job, every pest, every customer. The technician walks you through each step before starting so there are no surprises.

  1. Inspection. Technician walks through every room you’re concerned about — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies, storerooms. Looks for live activity, droppings, mud tubes, shed skins, entry points. Takes photos.
  2. Identify pest + nest sites. Confirms which pest you have (sometimes more than one), where it’s breeding, and the likely entry routes. For termites this means tapping wood and checking soil-line junctions. For bed bugs this means lifting mattress seams and checking headboard joints.
  3. Treatment plan + chemical selection. Technician explains which chemical will be used, why it’s the right choice for your pest and your household (pets, kids, pregnancy), and what the published “starting at” price translates to for your actual home size. Final price confirmed before any treatment begins.
  4. Application. Spray, gel-bait, drill-and-inject, fogging, or bait stations depending on the pest. Each method has its own kit — backpack sprayer for general pest control, fine-tip syringe for gel-bait, soil injector for termites, sealed bait stations for rodents.
  5. Safety protocol + customer briefing. Technician tells you the stay-out window (0 to 6 hours depending on chemical), which surfaces to wipe and which to leave untouched, and when it’s safe for pets to roam freely again. A printed do-and-don’t card is left on your kitchen platform.
  6. Photo documentation + warranty card. Before/action/after photos sent to your WhatsApp. Numbered warranty card with chemical name, batch, technician ID, visit date, and re-treatment window. Same-day GST invoice if you need it.

Total time on site: 25-35 minutes for gel-bait cockroach treatment, 45-60 minutes for general pest control in a 2 BHK, 60-90 minutes per room for bed bug treatment, 90-150 minutes for termite barriers.

CIB&RC-approved chemicals + pet-safe protocols

Every chemical we apply in your home is registered with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) under the Insecticides Act, 1968 — the same regulatory body that approves products for sale through licensed channels in India. The technician carries the labelled bottle, the product name and registration number are written on your visit certificate, and you can verify the registration online if you want to.

For most residential pest control we use one of four active families: Fipronil (cockroach gel-bait — extremely low odour, low mammal toxicity, kid-and-pet safe once dry), Imidacloprid (termite barriers — soil-applied, doesn’t volatilise indoors), Deltamethrin (general pest control spray — pyrethroid family, used in WHO mosquito programs), and Bromadiolone (rodent bait stations — sealed inside tamper-proof boxes so kids and pets can’t access).

Pet-safe and child-safe in practice means three things: (1) we choose formulations whose active ingredient has low mammalian toxicity to begin with, (2) we choose application methods (gel-bait, bait stations, soil injection) that minimise airborne exposure, and (3) we brief you on a stay-out window so the chemical can dry and ventilate before any human or animal comes into contact with treated surfaces.

What to do for 4-6 hours after a spray treatment: Keep all residents and pets out of the treated rooms. Keep windows open if weather allows so the formulation ventilates faster. Don’t mop, wipe, or wash any sprayed surface for 48-72 hours — that’s what gives the residual chemical time to do its job. If anyone in the household has asthma or a chemical sensitivity, tell the technician before treatment starts so they can adjust the protocol.

For gel-bait cockroach treatment the rules are simpler — no stay-out window, you can stay in the same room. Just don’t wipe the bait dots off until you stop seeing cockroach activity (usually 7-15 days).

Areas we serve

Live coverage right now across Delhi, with consistent same-day or next-day availability:

Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad — coming soon. We’re building crew capacity in each NCR zone now. If you’re outside our live coverage but close to a Delhi border (Dwarka edge of Gurgaon, Mayur Vihar Phase 3 edge of Noida), call us — we can usually still send a technician with a small travel surcharge.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for societies + restaurants

One-time pest control suppresses what’s there today. AMCs keep what’s coming next from getting a foothold. We offer two AMC structures depending on the property type.

Society / RWA AMC. Quarterly visits covering basements, garbage rooms, lifts, gardens, and stilt parking. Each visit produces a service certificate the RWA can file with the building manager. Pricing is per visit, with a 20-30% discount versus single-visit rates. Common-area-only contracts are cheapest; combined common-area-plus-flat contracts (where the RWA pays for treatments inside individual flats too) are negotiated per society.

Restaurant / FSSAI AMC. Quarterly visits with numbered, dated, GST-billed certificates that meet FSSAI audit requirements. The certificate lists the chemicals used (with CIB&RC registration numbers), the areas treated, the technician’s licence number, and the next due date. FSSAI inspectors across Delhi accept this format. AMC pricing starts at 20% off per-visit rates and includes unlimited call-back visits inside the contract period — so if you see pests between scheduled visits, we come back at no extra charge.

Photo records of every visit (before, action, after) are archived in your customer file and available on WhatsApp request — useful when the FSSAI inspector wants proof of recent treatment or when an RWA board changes hands and the new committee asks for service history.

Frequently asked questions

Are your pest control chemicals safe for pets and children?

Yes. Every chemical we use is approved by the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) for indoor residential use. For homes with pets, infants, or pregnant family members we default to gel baits and odourless water-based sprays instead of fogging. We brief you on a 4-6 hour stay-out window for spray treatments and tell you exactly which surfaces to wipe before kids or pets touch them again. Cats and dogs should stay in a separate room with closed doors during the active treatment hour.

How long does a pest control visit take?

A typical general pest control visit for a 2 BHK takes 45-60 minutes. Cockroach gel-bait treatments are faster at 25-35 minutes because they’re targeted to kitchen and bathroom hotspots. Termite treatments take 90-150 minutes because the chemical has to be injected at the soil line or drilled into the affected wooden frames. Bed bug treatments take 60-90 minutes per room because every seam, mattress edge, and skirting joint needs separate attention. The technician will confirm the exact duration after the inspection step.

What’s the difference between general pest control and specific treatments?

General pest control is a broad preventive treatment that targets the common pests in Delhi homes — cockroaches, ants, lizards, spiders — in one visit. It’s a maintenance booking, usually quarterly. Specific treatments target one identified pest with a dedicated protocol — termite chemical barrier, bed bug heat or chemical knockdown, rodent baiting plus entry-point sealing. If you’ve already seen a specific pest, you want the specific treatment. If you just want preventive coverage with no active infestation, you want general.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

For gel-bait cockroach treatment, no — you can stay in the same room. For spray-based general pest control, yes — we ask all residents to step out of the treated rooms for 4-6 hours so the chemical can dry and ventilate. For fogging, the whole flat needs to be vacated for 4-6 hours. We schedule treatments early morning or late afternoon so the wait fits a school run, office hours, or a long dinner outside. The technician will tell you the exact re-entry time before starting.

How long before I can clean or cook after treatment?

Don’t mop or wipe sprayed surfaces (skirtings, kitchen cabinet edges, bathroom corners) for 48-72 hours — that’s what gives the residual chemical time to do its job. You CAN cook the same evening as long as the kitchen platform is wiped down (we wipe it before leaving). For gel-bait treatment, the baits stay in place for 7-15 days — don’t wipe them off until you stop seeing cockroach activity. We give you a printed do-and-don’t card after the visit so nothing gets accidentally washed away.

Do you provide a warranty if pests come back?

Yes. Every treatment includes a 7-15 day re-treatment warranty depending on the pest. Cockroach gel-bait has a 15-day warranty — if you still see live cockroaches after that, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Termite barrier treatments carry a 12-month warranty for the treated zone. Bed bug treatments include one free follow-up visit at the 14-day mark because eggs hatch on a 10-14 day cycle and a second knockdown is standard practice. AMC customers get unlimited call-back visits inside their contract period.

Do you serve societies and restaurants? FSSAI compliance?

Yes to both. Society common-area contracts (basements, garbage rooms, lifts, gardens) are quoted per visit with quarterly cadence and a service certificate the RWA can file. Restaurants need quarterly pest control to satisfy FSSAI hygiene audits — we provide a numbered, dated, GST-billed certificate after each visit that lists chemicals used, areas treated, and the technician’s licence number. The certificate is accepted by FSSAI inspectors across Delhi. AMC pricing starts at 20% off per-visit rates for both societies and restaurants.

What pests do you cover — cockroach, termite, bed bug, rodent, mosquito, others?

We cover the eight most common pest categories in Delhi homes: cockroaches (American and German), termites (subterranean and wood-borer), bed bugs, rodents (rats and mice), mosquitoes (Aedes and Anopheles), ants (sugar and carpenter), lizards, and houseflies. We also handle less common requests like silverfish, fleas, ticks, and spider infestations. If you’re not sure what pest you have, share a photo on WhatsApp before booking and the technician will confirm before the visit.

Can I book same-day pest control in Delhi?

Yes, often. If you book before 11 AM and an inspection-only or gel-bait slot is open in your zone, we send a technician the same day. Same-day availability is highest in South Delhi, East Delhi, and Central Delhi — that’s where most of our crew is based. Termite and bed bug treatments occasionally need a next-day slot because they use longer-duration chemical preparations. Call +91 95603 66362 or use the booking form — we’ll confirm the slot within 30 minutes.

What areas of Delhi NCR do you cover?

Live coverage: South Delhi, Central Delhi, North Delhi, North-West Delhi, East Delhi, and West Delhi — across roughly 220+ neighbourhood pockets. Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad are coming soon as we expand crew capacity. If you’re outside these zones, call us anyway — for a property close to a Delhi border (Najafgarh, Dwarka, Mayur Vihar Phase 3) we can usually still send a technician with a small travel surcharge.
