Our StoryKaamGenie started in 2026 with one idea: home services in Delhi should be honest about pricing, careful about quality, and actually accountable when something goes wrong. We’re a small Delhi-based team doing tank cleaning the way we’d want it done at our own homes.
And the home services market that’s supposed to help them is broken in two directions at once.
Make water tank cleaning in Delhi honest, verifiable, and affordable — without the theatre, without the brand markup, without the corner-cutting.
The hidden problem. Most Delhi homes store water in tanks that haven’t been properly cleaned in years. Families don’t see inside their tank, so they assume it’s fine. Then come the recurring stomach upsets, the skin irritation in winter, the strange taste in morning tea, the appliances dying early from sediment damage. People blame the water itself — when usually the real problem is the storage.
The market that’s supposed to fix it is broken. The cheap end (₹200–300 “cleaners”) does 10-minute rinses with no scrubbing, no real disinfection, no proof. The premium end (aggregator apps charging ₹1,500–2,500) often delivers the same shortcuts wrapped in branding and a customer-service number. Either way, families pay for cleanings that didn’t really happen.
What we’re trying to close. The gap in the middle — real 8-step cleaning, food-grade chemicals, before-and-after photos, and a price you can verify against the receipt. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. The ones actually doing the job that water tank cleaning is supposed to be. Tank by tank, family by family.

The price we quote on the call is the price you pay. No surprise additions, no “sir, this part is extra.” Our prices are published openly on the website.
All eight steps every visit. No skipping the sludge removal because it’s the dirtiest. No rinse-and-leave. If we charged for it, we did it.
Before and after photos on WhatsApp, every job. A signed service certificate with chemicals used, crew names, and date of service.
Every crew member is police-verified, wears KaamGenie ID, and is trained for confined-space work. We send a name and photo on WhatsApp before they arrive.
Our crew follows the same documented six-step process whether it’s a 750L plastic tank on a Saket rooftop or a 25,000L industrial reservoir in Okhla.
