FSSAI Certificate IncludedRestaurants, cafes, hotels, hospitals, factories — commercial premises where water is part of compliance, not just convenience. We clean your tanks outside operating hours, provide an FSSAI-format certificate, and document everything for your audits. Starting ₹2500.
For a home, dirty water in your tank is unpleasant. For a restaurant, cafe, hotel, hospital, or food-processing unit, it’s a compliance failure that can shut you down. FSSAI requires food businesses to maintain documented water quality standards, and your tank is the single biggest point of failure in that chain.
We’ve cleaned tanks for restaurants in Hauz Khas Village, cafes in Khan Market, hotels in Connaught Place, and food factories in Okhla. The job itself isn’t hugely different from residential cleaning — the same 6-step process applies. What’s different is the documentation, scheduling, and compliance framework we wrap around it.
FSSAI regulations (especially under the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations) require food businesses to maintain potable water quality. During FSSAI audits and renewals, inspectors look for documentation that proves you’re actively managing this — not just claiming it.
After every commercial cleaning, we provide:
The biggest objection from restaurant and cafe owners is “we can’t shut water during service hours.” Fair point — cleaning a tank means 90 minutes of no water supply, which for a restaurant during lunch service is a non-starter.
Our solution: we work outside your operating hours. Most of our commercial customers book us between 11 PM-6 AM, 4 AM-7 AM, or on closed days. Zero customer disruption, full compliance achieved.
For hotels, we coordinate with your front desk to manage guest expectations — usually we clean tower-by-tower so only one floor wing’s water is briefly off at a time.
For hospitals, we work with your facilities team to schedule around shift changes and critical patient areas. We’ve cleaned tanks at multi-storey hospitals without any disruption to operating theatres or ICUs.
Restaurants and food businesses: every 3 months minimum. FSSAI implicitly expects quarterly given their emphasis on documented potable water. Twice a year is risky during audits.
Hotels: every 4 months. Guest complaints about water taste or smell are direct revenue losers in hospitality.
Hospitals: every 3 months. Immunocompromised patient populations make biofilm a real risk.
Factories, warehouses, offices: every 6 months minimum. Same as residential because the water exposure to humans is lower.
“Can you give us a multi-year contract for our restaurant chain?” Yes — we have 2-3 multi-outlet contracts already. Quarterly cleaning at each location, single monthly invoice to the corporate office, FSSAI certificates per location, dedicated WhatsApp group for booking. Pricing typically 20-25% off retail.
“Will FSSAI accept your certificate as proof of compliance?” Yes — our certificate format is based on FSSAI’s own water-quality documentation guidelines, with our company stamp, GSTIN, CIN, and signature. We’ve had multiple customers use it during their FSSAI audits without issue. For maximum compliance, pair with a NABL water test (we can coordinate).
“Do you provide a separate certificate for our food licensing renewal?” Yes — we can format the certificate specifically for the FSSAI licensing checklist, including all required data points. Just tell us this is for a renewal when you book and we’ll prepare it accordingly.
“Are your crew background-verified for commercial premises?” Yes — all crew members are police-verified, KaamGenie-ID-carrying, and identifiable by name and photo before arrival. For high-security commercial sites (hospitals, hotels), we can also provide a crew list 48 hours in advance for your security team’s clearance.
