Raj Babbar joined KaamGenie as Senior Water Cleaning Specialist after more than a decade of hands-on water tank cleaning experience across Delhi NCR. He started his career in his early twenties, working under an experienced uncle who ran a small cleaning operation in South Delhi, and learned the trade through hundreds of hours of fieldwork — not from a manual.
Over the years Raj has cleaned every type of tank you can imagine — DDA flat overheads in Saket, kothi underground sumps in Defence Colony, society reservoirs in Vasant Kunj, restaurant kitchens around Hauz Khas, and small factory storage tanks in Okhla. His specialty is spotting problems newer cleaners miss: bio-film building up in corners that look clean to the naked eye, hairline cracks that need patching before refilling, and sediment patterns that point to contamination from the water source itself, not just the tank.
At KaamGenie, Raj leads crew training and personally handles every commercial and society booking. He’s particularly experienced with plastic-tank deep-cleaning protocols and underground sump confined-space safety. When he’s not on a job, he reviews technical content for the KaamGenie blog to make sure every recommendation we publish is something he’d actually do himself on a customer’s tank.
