The calculator maps the tank type and size you choose to our published Delhi NCR rates, and multiplies overhead tanks by the number you have. Underground sumps are priced per litre, since litres are the fairest way to size a sump: ₹0.50 per litre up to 3,000 litres and ₹0.25 per litre beyond that, with a ₹900 minimum, so larger sumps get a lower effective rate. Whole buildings and societies are charged a bulk rate of ₹0.30 per litre on total tank storage (₹2,400 minimum), with 15–25% off on an annual contract. Commercial premises and very large or hard-to-access tanks are quoted free on a visit. Whatever the calculator shows, the exact fixed price is confirmed on the call before we begin, and it is the price you pay, inclusive of GST, with a proper invoice for your records.
How much does water tank cleaning cost in Delhi NCR?
Fixed pricing: ₹699 for an overhead tank up to 500 litres, ₹899 for 501–1000 litres, and ₹1,299–1,499 for larger kothi tanks. Underground sumps are charged per litre at ₹0.50/L up to 3,000 litres and ₹0.25/L above, with a ₹900 minimum (a 2,000-litre sump is ₹1,000, a 6,000-litre sump is ₹2,250), a whole-building visit is ₹2,400–3,000, and commercial reservoirs start at ₹2,500.
Are there any hidden or extra charges?
No. The price we confirm on the call is the price you pay, inclusive of GST. There are no surprise additions for sludge removal, disinfectant or the final rinse; every step is included.
How much does it cost for a society or whole building?
Societies are charged a bulk rate of ₹0.30 per litre across total tank storage, with a ₹2,400 minimum, so a society with 10,000 litres of storage is about ₹3,000, all done in one trip with a single GST invoice. On an annual contract, societies and RWAs get 15–25% off.
Is GST included in the price?
