Estimate your Noida bill in two minutes
Before the details, here is the quick method we use on the phone with Noida families. First, count the seats in every sofa you want cleaned, including the corner of an L-shape. Second, decide the material: fabric, or leather and rexine. Third, be honest about condition: is it simply dusty, or does it have tea marks, a greasy headrest, crayon, a pet smell or a child's accident in it? That third answer decides whether you need our standard clean or the deep clean.
Then apply the rates, which are the same in Noida as everywhere else we work in NCR: ₹349 per seat for a fabric shampoo with wet-vacuum extraction (a 3-seater from ₹999, a 3+2 from ₹1,499, a 7-seater or L-shape from ₹1,999), ₹599 per seat for leather or rexine cleaning with conditioning, and ₹499 per seat for a deep clean with stain and odour treatment. Add 18% GST and you have a close estimate. The online sofa cost calculator does the arithmetic for you.
Noida family sofas: used hard, cleaned late
Most of the sofas we clean in Noida live in 2BHK and 3BHK society flats with working parents, school-going children and, quite often, grandparents who spend most of the day in the living room. That sofa is not a showpiece. It is where homework gets done, where the evening chai and namkeen happen, where the toddler naps and the dog climbs up when nobody is looking. It gets used for many hours a day, every day.
The result is a pattern we see across Noida sectors: the sofa looks broadly fine, but the seat cushions have sunk with ground-in grime, the armrests are shiny with hand oil, and there is a faint smell that the family has stopped noticing. Many homes call us only before a festival or a family function, two or three years after the last clean. By then, a standard shampoo still helps, but the deep clean usually gives the result the family was actually hoping for.
If you want to avoid reaching that stage, our guide on how often to clean a sofa sets out a sensible schedule for a heavily used family sofa.

What Noida homes typically pay, sector by sector
The table below shows the bookings we see most often in Noida and Greater Noida West, with totals before and after 18% GST. These are starting figures for the sofa in the condition described; your exact price is confirmed on the phone and stays the same on the day.
| Where and who | Booking | Before GST | After 18% GST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sector 62 2BHK, working couple | Fabric 3-seater, standard clean | ₹999 | about ₹1,179 |
| Noida Extension new flat | Fabric 3+2 plus fabric protection on 5 seats | ₹1,994 | about ₹2,353 |
| Sector 75 to 78 joint family | Fabric 3+2+2 (7 seats), standard clean | ₹1,999 | about ₹2,359 |
| Sector 50 3BHK with young children | Fabric 3+2, deep clean with stain and odour treatment | ₹2,495 | about ₹2,944 |
| Sector 137 or 150 high-rise | Fabric 3+2 plus two recliners | ₹2,697 | about ₹3,182 |
Sector 50 and the older central sectors
Sector 50 and its neighbours have established societies and independent homes where sofas are often eight to fifteen years old, sometimes reupholstered once. Deep cleans are common here, and so are rexine sets in a second room, which go at the leather rate of ₹599 per seat.
Sector 62 and the IT corridor
Around Sector 62, many bookings are from smaller households and tenants, frequently a single 3-seater before a move or an inspection. These are quick jobs, and since a 3-seater starts at ₹999 they sit right at the minimum booking value.
Sectors 75 to 78
This dense cluster of large societies is full of families, often with grandparents at home, and 3+2+2 or L-shape sets that seat seven are very common. The seven-seat fabric price of ₹1,999 is better value than counting each seat separately.
Sector 137, Sector 150 and Noida Extension
The expressway high-rises and the large Greater Noida West townships are newer, with recliners, light-coloured fabric and new families. Fabric protection makes the most sense here, on a sofa that is still in good shape.
Standard clean or deep clean for a family sofa?
This is the decision that changes a Noida bill the most. On a 3+2, the gap is ₹1,499 for a standard clean against ₹2,495 for a deep clean before GST. Here is how we help families decide honestly:
- Choose standard if the sofa is under two or three years old, has been cleaned in the last year, and the issue is mainly dust and a general dull look. Shampoo, agitation and wet-vacuum extraction will lift that well.
- Choose deep clean if there are visible tea, food or crayon stains, greasy headrests and armrests, a smell when you press your face to the cushion, or a history of a child or pet wetting the sofa. Hot-water extraction, targeted stain breakdown, deodorising and an anti-microbial rinse are built for exactly that.
- Mix the two if only one piece is bad. If the 3-seater carries all the damage and the 2-seater is barely used, tell us and we can quote the deep clean only where it is needed.
Please do not expect miracles on stains that are years old. They often lighten a lot but may not vanish completely, and we will tell you before we start. For fresh spills between cleans, our home guide to removing common sofa stains helps. If a pet is the main issue, see our guide on pet hair and urine on sofas, since heavy urine sometimes needs a repeat treatment. The full method is on our sofa deep cleaning page.
Expressway dust and where your tower faces
Noida's road network is a big part of why its sofas get dirty quickly. Societies along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the sectors near the DND Flyway and the towers looking over the Noida Extension construction belt all get a constant layer of fine traffic and construction dust. Flats on the road side or facing an active site collect noticeably more than those facing an inner courtyard, and families who keep balcony doors open in the evenings for breeze bring in more still. Winter smog adds its own fine particles.
This dust does not usually change which service you need, but it does change how often. A sofa in a road-facing Sector 137 flat may need cleaning every six to eight months, while a similar sofa in an inner tower can go a year. Light fabric shows it first, which is why many Greater Noida West families add fabric protection after the first professional clean.
Society entry and timing in Noida and Greater Noida West
Almost every Noida booking is inside a gated society, so plan three small things. Pre-approve the crew on your society's visitor app or with the guard, giving the crew lead's name and number. Check whether service staff must use a particular lift; in many expressway high-rises they do. And look at your RWA's service hours, because some societies in Noida Extension do not permit service work late in the evening.
None of these change the price, which stays per seat whatever your floor. What they change is the start time. A morning start in a Noida flat, with the fan on and windows open, lets fabric reach touch-dry in about 4 to 6 hours, so the family can sit on it by evening and it is fully dry by next morning. Once dry, the sofa is safe for children and pets.
Add-ons worth paying for in a Noida home
- Recliners, at ₹599 per unit: worth it, because crumbs and dust collect inside the mechanism and the footrest hinge, where a normal seat clean does not reach.
- Fabric protection, from ₹99 per seat: worth it on a new, light-coloured sofa in a home with young children. Less useful on an old, dark sofa that is due for replacement.
- Mattresses and dining chairs on the same visit: priced separately, but handy when the whole home is being readied for a function, since the crew is already inside the society.
Payment is by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. If anything is not right before the crew leaves, they redo it on the spot. To book or check your sector, visit our Noida sofa cleaning page.
Frequently asked questions
What does sofa cleaning cost in Noida?
Fabric sofa cleaning in Noida starts at Rs 349 per seat, a 3-seater from Rs 999, a 3+2 from Rs 1,499 and a 7-seater from Rs 1,999, all before 18% GST. Leather and rexine are Rs 599 per seat, and a deep clean with stain and odour treatment is Rs 499 per seat.
Is sofa cleaning in Noida Extension priced differently from Noida?
No. Greater Noida West, Noida Extension, Noida and Greater Noida all have the same per-seat rates. Your total depends only on the number of seats, the material, standard or deep clean, and any add-ons such as recliners or fabric protection. The quote is confirmed on the phone.
How much is a deep clean for a 3+2 sofa in Noida?
A deep clean with hot-water extraction, stain breakdown, deodorising and an anti-microbial rinse is Rs 499 per seat, so a 3+2 is Rs 2,495 before GST, or about Rs 2,944 including 18% GST. It suits family sofas with food stains, greasy armrests or a lingering smell.
Can my child's urine smell be removed from the sofa?
Usually it can be greatly reduced or removed with the deep clean, which flushes the cushion and uses odour treatment. If the urine has soaked deep into the foam over many months, a repeat treatment may be needed, and we will tell you honestly beforehand what result to expect.
How soon can children sit on the sofa after cleaning?
Fabric is usually touch-dry in about 4 to 6 hours and fully dry by the next morning, faster with a fan and open windows. Once it is dry, the sofa is safe for children and pets. A morning booking means the family can use it by evening in most Noida flats.
Do you clean sofas in Sector 137 and Sector 150 high-rises?
Yes. We regularly clean sofas in the expressway high-rises in Sector 137 and Sector 150, as well as Sector 50, Sector 62, Sectors 75 to 78, Noida Extension and Greater Noida. The crew brings its own shampoo machine, chemicals and wet vacuum and protects your floor.
How often should a Noida family sofa be professionally cleaned?
For a sofa used daily by a family, every six to twelve months is sensible. Road-facing flats near the expressway or construction sites collect dust faster and may need it every six to eight months, while a sofa in an inner tower with lighter use can go a year.
Is the 7-seater price cheaper than paying per seat?
Yes. Seven fabric seats at the single-seat rate would come to Rs 2,443, while a 7-seater or L-shape fabric set starts from Rs 1,999 before GST. The same applies to a 3+2 at Rs 1,499, which is why cleaning all pieces together is usually better value.
Do I need to arrange anything with my Noida society before the visit?
Pre-approve the crew on your visitor app or with the guard, check whether service staff must use a specific lift, and confirm your RWA's permitted service hours. None of this changes the price, which stays per seat, but it helps the crew start on time.
Can you clean a rexine sofa in a Noida flat?
Yes. Rexine is cleaned like leather, with a pH-safe product and no soaking, at Rs 599 per seat. It needs almost no drying time. Rexine that is already peeling or flaking cannot be restored by cleaning, and we will point that out before starting the job.
