Janakpuri C Block is the newest of Janakpuri's three blocks — slightly better water pressure, slightly bigger tanks (5000-6000L for the larger pockets), and many residents still on DJB direct supply. The plot houses on the periphery have small Sintex-style overhead tanks.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
C-4 is heavy on builder floors with multi-tenant houses. We coordinate with all floors via WhatsApp before the visit so everyone knows when water will be off (usually 90 minutes).
We have annual contracts with several C-block RWAs — 2 visits per year, scheduled in advance. Per-visit cost is about 12% lower than booking on demand.
"My C-1 society has its own RO water plant — does that change anything?" Slightly — RO water leaves less sediment, so cleaning interval can stretch to 7-8 months. But still recommended once a year minimum.
"Can you reach C-3 lanes 4 and 5? They're narrow." Yes, equipment hand-carried in. No extra charge.
"Discount for booking with neighbours?" Yes, 10% off when 3+ adjacent flats book together.
