"Our borewell water leaves rust stains in the tank. Does cleaning help?" Yes. The rust and scale settle on the tank walls and floor, and a full scrub plus disinfectant wash removes them so your water runs clearer. Cleaning will not lower the water hardness itself, but it clears the buildup that makes the stains and smell worse. For a heavily scaled tank we budget a little extra time at no extra charge.
"Can you reach the inner Mustafabad lanes where a van cannot go?" Yes. We park on Karawal Nagar Road or the nearest wide point and carry all the equipment in by hand. It adds ten to fifteen minutes, and there is no extra charge for the walk-in.
"Several families share our one rooftop tank. How do we split the cost?" One person books and pays, and we hand over a single invoice for the building. How the families divide it among themselves is up to you, and for a shared tank of Rs 1,200 split across four or five families it comes to a small share each.
