Mayur Vihar Phase 1 is one of the densest DDA group-housing pockets in East Delhi. Most blocks share one large overhead tank (3000-5000L) per stairwell serving 8-10 flats. The result is that water usage is intense and sediment cycles through fast — most pockets need cleaning every 4-5 months, not the usual 6.
We work all four pockets and the Acharya Niketan side regularly. Crew can typically be at your gate within 90 minutes once a booking is confirmed.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
Most Pocket 1-4 blocks have one shared overhead tank serving 8-10 flats. The RWA usually books one cleaning a year and asks residents to chip in — works out to ₹150-200 per flat for a single visit. We send GST invoices to the RWA, before-and-after photos to the WhatsApp group. Some RWAs prefer annual contracts (2 visits a year, scheduled in advance) — about 12% cheaper than booking each visit separately.
Most residents in Mayur Vihar work full-time, so the standard 10 AM – 4 PM slot doesn't suit everyone. We offer early-morning slots (7-9 AM) before residents leave, weekend slots (Sat/Sun), and after-7 PM evenings for the smaller individual-flat tanks. Same price as a daytime slot.
"Our RWA is asking for a contract quote — what does that look like?" For a typical pocket-block with one shared overhead tank, we quote ₹1,400-1,800 per visit, ₹2,500-3,200 for a two-visit annual contract. Each visit covers full tank cleaning + chlorine treatment + photo documentation.
"Can you reach Pocket 3 — the lanes are narrow?" Yes, we park at the main road and hand-carry equipment to the building. Adds 5-10 minutes per job, no extra charge.
"What time slots are good for working people?" Early morning (7-9 AM), weekends, or after 7 PM — same price. Just mention the slot when booking.
