IP Extension is mostly DDA-built apartments — Pockets A through D, each with multiple 4-5 storey blocks. Shared overhead tanks per stairwell are standard. Water supply is via the East Delhi DJB grid, generally clean but with seasonal pressure issues in summer.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
Each Pocket has its own RWA, and tank cleaning is usually a Pocket-wide booking. We typically do 4-6 blocks in a single Saturday visit — crew arrives 7 AM, finishes 4 PM, total cost ₹6,000-9,000 for the Pocket. Per-flat share works out to ₹100-150. Pocket B and Pocket C RWAs are repeat customers.
The Mother Dairy outlet and the small market area near IP Extension have commercial tanks that need quarterly cleaning for FSSAI compliance. We do these in evening slots (after 9 PM) to avoid disrupting shop hours. Service certificate + chlorine treatment documentation included.
"Our Pocket A RWA wants a single quote for 5 blocks. Can you do that?" Yes. Pocket-level bookings: ₹6,000-8,500 for 5 blocks with shared 5000L tanks. Single RWA invoice with GST.
"My block hasn't done tank cleaning in 4 years. Is that a problem?" Not unusual in DDA blocks. First deep-clean might take 2-2.5 hours per block. After that, we recommend annual cleaning to stay on top.
"Can you handle the commercial side too?" Yes, evening slots for shops/restaurants — ₹1,200-1,800 with FSSAI-compliance certificate.
