Phase 3 is newer than Phase 1 — most blocks built in the 2000s, with cleaner water supply lines and slightly bigger tanks (4000-6000L for the larger blocks). The downside: many residents assume newer construction means lower maintenance need, so first cleanings reveal years of overlooked sediment.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
For blocks built post-2005, first deep-clean often takes 2 hours instead of 90 minutes because the tank hasn't been opened in 8-12 years. We send before-and-after photos so residents see what we removed — typically shocks RWAs into setting up a regular schedule. Standard cleaning ₹699-899 per tank for an individual flat, ₹1,800-2,400 for a shared block tank.
Many Phase 3 residents have second properties or relatives in Vasundhra Enclave (Ghaziabad side). We can do both in a single trip — book together, save the call-out cost on the second address. Useful for landlords managing multiple flats.
