Patparganj is dominated by large cooperative group-housing societies — Madhuban Apartments, Sushant LO, Gyan Bharti, Kabir Apartments, ITO Cooperative. Each has a dedicated water tank setup serving 50-200 flats. The RWAs here are organised and tank cleaning is usually scheduled twice a year as part of the maintenance calendar.

You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.

Outside the societies, Patparganj also has builder floors and individual kothis near IP Extension border. These book directly — ₹699-1,200 per visit for a standard 1000-2000L overhead tank. We do these as one-off jobs or convert to annual care for ₹1,800-2,400/year (2 visits).
"My society wants a quote for our 10-block tower complex. How does that work?" We do a site visit (free), count tanks, look at access. Quote follows within 2 days. Typical 10-block society with shared tanks: ₹25,000-35,000/year for 2 visits, includes chlorination certificate.
"Can you fit cleaning around our society's water schedule (early morning supply)?" Yes, we work around supply timing. Most Patparganj societies have supply 6-9 AM and 6-9 PM — we typically clean mid-day (10 AM – 4 PM) when tanks are emptiest.
"Do you provide GST invoices for society payments?" Yes, all society invoices include GST. PAN/GSTIN of the society can be added to the invoice on request.
