We clean shared and individual tanks across Rohini Sector 32 DDA blocks, group-housing societies and market-side buildings — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 32 blends a band of DDA MIG flats with a cluster of self-financing group-housing societies and a busy sector market. The society blocks share large overhead tanks of 5,000-10,000L feeding several floors, while the DDA flats often have smaller per-stack tanks. DJB piped supply is the main source, topped up by society borewells, and the moderately hard water leaves scaling on walls and a muddy sediment layer at the bottom. In shared tanks we frequently find that nobody has cleaned in over a year, so the sludge is deep. We drain, vacuum, high-pressure scrub, de-scale and disinfect, then let the RWA refill.
The society and DDA blocks here are tightly parked, so we schedule Sector 32 for mid-morning after residents leave and coordinate with the RWA or block secretary for roof access. A big shared tank runs 2-3 hours end to end.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
Group-housing societies in Sector 32 do best on a scheduled RWA contract rather than waiting for complaints. A shared overhead tank feeding a full stack of flats costs ₹2,500-3,000 per clean, and when the RWA signs up for two visits a year we hold the rate and split it across flats — usually ₹120-180 per flat per visit. We coordinate the drain-down with the block's water timing so no family is left dry. Many secretaries pair the overhead clean with the underground sump for a combo rate of ₹4,500-6,000.
Not every Sector 32 resident is on a society scheme — the DDA MIG owners and the shops behind the sector market often have their own smaller tanks. A single individual flat tank starts at ₹699 and rises to ₹1,499 for larger or hard-to-reach rooftop tanks. Market-side buildings with a ground sump and rooftop tank take a combo clean of ₹2,500-3,000. We can do a one-off booking for a single owner without needing the whole block to agree, which suits the mixed ownership here.
“How is the cost split across flats in a Sector 32 society?” For a shared overhead tank at ₹2,500-3,000, most RWAs divide it to roughly ₹120-180 per flat per visit. We invoice the RWA and they collect.
“Do you clean tanks for shops near the Sector 32 market?” Yes. Market-side buildings with a sump and rooftop tank get a combo clean at ₹2,500-3,000; a single rooftop tank alone starts at ₹699.
“Will our water supply be cut during the clean?” Only briefly. We drain the tank, clean in 2-3 hours and let it refill, so we schedule mid-morning when usage is lowest.
