Molarband — a dense Badarpur-border resettlement colony of narrow-lane plotted homes and builder floors, mostly borewell-fed with heavy base sediment. We clean overhead tanks and sumps here. Starting ₹699.
Molarband is a packed resettlement pocket on the Badarpur edge — two and three-storey plotted houses, builder floors let out room by room, and lanes barely wide enough for a cart. Almost every home runs on a private borewell, with DJB tankers filling gaps in summer. That means high TDS, a gritty layer at the tank base, and yellow-brown mineral film on the walls. Most overhead tanks are 500–1,000L plastic Sintex units, rarely opened since installation.
Because the water is bore-heavy, scale returns fast — we usually recommend cleaning every two to three months rather than yearly. Ground-floor underground sumps here collect the worst sediment as the borewell pump kicks silt straight in. Left alone, that sludge feeds smell and stomach trouble across a shared building. A proper drain, scrub, jet-wash and disinfection resets the tank so the water your family drinks and cooks with is actually clean.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
Nearly every plot in Molarband draws from its own borewell, so the water arrives carrying fine silt and dissolved minerals well above the safe 500 mg/L mark. Inside the tank that settles as a soft grey sludge at the bottom and a chalky crust up the walls. Our crew drains fully, wet-vacuums the last inch, scoops the sludge, then scrubs and jet-washes before a food-grade chlorine disinfection. A 500L tank runs ₹699; up to 1,000L is ₹899.
A lot of Molarband is builder floors where one overhead tank feeds three or four tenant families. Nobody quite owns the cleaning, so it slips for years. If that is your building, we can clean the shared tank in one visit and split the cost across floors, or set a rotating schedule so it never lapses again. Larger 1,001–2,000L common tanks are ₹1,299–1,499. We send before and after photos to your WhatsApp the same day.
“Do you cover the inner lanes near Molarband Extension?” Yes — our crew works the full colony including Molarband Extension, the village core and the Badarpur border lanes. Narrow access is no problem; we carry portable jet pumps and vacuums. Call before 10 AM for a same-day slot, from ₹699.
“My borewell water leaves a chalky layer — can you fix it?” That crust is mineral scale from hard borewell water, common across Molarband. We add a food-safe descaling step before disinfection to lift it. On bore-fed tanks we suggest cleaning every two to three months. A standard 500L tank is ₹699.
“Can you clean one shared tank for a whole builder floor?” Yes. Many Molarband buildings run one overhead tank for several tenant families. We clean it in a single visit and you can split the ₹899 fee across floors, or book a repeating schedule so it never lapses. Underground sumps run ₹1,500–2,500.
