We clean tanks across Rohini Sector 20's group-housing societies, DDA MIG flats and builder floors — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 20 is a mix of group-housing societies and DDA MIG flat blocks, with builder floors on the plotted edges. The societies run shared overhead tanks and underground sumps for many flats, while the MIG blocks share smaller overheads maintained by their RWAs. DJB water is piped and moderately hard, so both the society and MIG overheads scale on the walls over a year, and the sumps collect the usual settled silt. The sector's newer builder floors have their own individual tanks. Because both societies and MIG RWAs here run on schedules, a lot of the calls are annual maintenance bookings covering several tanks at once.
We handle Sector 20 largely on RWA and society schedules, blocking a morning to work through a block's tanks. Builder-floor and single-flat owners slot in on shorter same-day visits.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
Sector 20's societies and MIG RWAs mostly book annual maintenance covering the block's shared overhead and its sump together. We drain and hand-scrub the overhead, vacuum the sump silt, disinfect and refill in one scheduled morning. A shared overhead runs ₹2,500-3,000 and each sump ₹1,500-2,500, split across the flats at ₹120-180 each; a bigger society with a large overhead-plus-sump combo is ₹4,500-6,000. We hold the rate on annual bookings and add descaling for ₹300-500 only where the scale is heavy. Every tank gets before-and-after photos for the RWA.
Builder floors on Sector 20's plotted edges run their own overhead tanks, cleaned at ₹699-1,499, with a move-in flush popular for newly built units. A self-contained floor with a small sump gets a combined clean for ₹1,500-2,500. An MIG flat owner who wants their own line done outside the RWA cycle can book a single overhead for ₹699-1,499. We keep short same-day slots for these around the larger scheduled society jobs, so you don't wait on the annual date.
“Can our society book all its tanks once a year?” Yes, most of Sector 20 works that way. We cover the shared overhead and sump in one morning; a large combo is ₹4,500-6,000 and we hold the annual rate.
“What does a single MIG flat tank cost?” An individual overhead is ₹699-1,499 done in one visit, and we usually have same-day slots outside the RWA schedule.
“Do you do move-in cleaning for new builder floors here?” Yes. New tanks carry cement dust, so we flush and sanitise before you shift in — ₹699-1,499 for the overhead, more with a sump.
