From Kinari Bazar and Paranthe Wali Gali to the katras off Katra Neel, we clean rooftop tanks across the Walled City from ₹699, same-day where possible.
Chandni Chowk is havelis and shop-with-home-above buildings packed along galis so narrow that two rickshaws can barely cross. Most homes here run a small overhead tank, usually 500 to 1,000 litres, sat on an old terrace you reach through a cramped internal staircase. Many of the older havelis around Katra Neel and Kucha Mahajani also have an underground store tank in the courtyard. Access is the real job here, not the tank itself.
We cover the lanes off the main bazaar including Kinari Bazar, Dariba, Katra Neel, Kucha Mahajani and the Town Hall side, and the crew usually reaches within 90 minutes of a confirmed booking.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
A shopkeeper above Kinari Bazar called for his 750-litre overhead tank that had not been opened in two seasons. We carried the kit up the narrow internal stairs, drained it, scrubbed out the sludge and gave it a food-grade disinfectant rinse. A tank that size sits in the ₹899 band, with before and after photos sent on WhatsApp.
Several havelis around Katra Neel keep an underground store tank in the central courtyard that feeds the overhead one. These need a proper entry into the chamber, manual desilting and disinfecting, so an underground sump runs ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 depending on size. If you want both the underground and overhead done together, we quote the combo on the spot.
"Can your crew manage the narrow Chandni Chowk galis?" Yes. We carry the equipment in by hand where a vehicle cannot enter, which is normal for us across the Walled City lanes. Just tell us the nearest landmark and we will find the door.
"How much for a 1,000-litre overhead tank?" A tank up to 1,000 litres is ₹899. Up to 500 litres is ₹699, and 1,001 to 2,000 litres is ₹1,299 to ₹1,499. We confirm the price before starting.
"Do you give a GST invoice for a shop above the bazaar?" Yes, we give a proper GST invoice, which is useful if the tank is on a commercial or mixed shop-and-home building.
