From Teliwara and Qutab Road to Pul Mithai and Rui Mandi, we clean tanks for homes-above-godowns across Delhi's biggest wholesale market from ₹699, same-day where possible.
Sadar Bazar is wall-to-wall wholesale, with godowns and shops at street level and residences squeezed in above and behind them. The water-tank setups here are mixed: small overhead tanks on terraces for the families, plus larger underground store tanks for buildings that double as godowns and need water through the day. The Teliwara and Qutab Road stretches are dense enough that vehicles often stop at the mouth of the gali and we walk the kit in. Sediment builds up quickly with the heavy footfall and dust.
We cover Teliwara, Qutab Road, Pul Mithai, Rui Mandi, Naya Bazar and the Pratap Market side, and the crew usually reaches within 90 minutes of a confirmed booking.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
A trader living above his hardware godown in Teliwara booked us for a 500-litre overhead tank that had gone dusty and slimy inside. We drained it, scrubbed the walls and base by hand and finished with a food-grade disinfectant rinse. A tank up to 500 litres is the ₹699 job, with photos on WhatsApp before we leave.
Buildings around Qutab Road and Rui Mandi that run as both shop and store often keep a sizeable underground tank to get through the working day. These need proper desilting and disinfection, so the underground sump price is ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 by size. For a building with both an underground and a rooftop tank we quote the combo together.
"The gali is too narrow for a vehicle, is that a problem?" No. We carry the equipment in on foot, which is routine for us in Sadar Bazar. Give us the nearest market landmark and we will reach the door.
"Do you give a GST invoice?" Yes, a full GST invoice, which suits the shop-and-home buildings here where the address is partly commercial.
"Can you come early before the market gets crowded?" Yes. An early-morning slot is often the easiest in Sadar Bazar, and we are happy to fix one.
