We clean high-capacity overhead tanks, deep sumps and RWA-contract systems for the large group-housing societies of Dwarka Sector 5, same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 5 is one of Dwarka's bigger group-housing pockets, with several large CGHS societies running multi-block systems and overhead tanks at the top of the 5,000-10,000L range. With more blocks per society, the shared plumbing is long and the sumps are deep, so sediment and scale build up quietly out of residents' sight. DJB piped water plus society borewell means both silt at the sump and mineral scale on the overhead walls. These large systems really benefit from a scheduled cycle rather than waiting for a taste complaint.
Given the scale of Sector 5 societies, we often send a two-person crew and split the day across multiple blocks. We coordinate a block-by-block sequence with the RWA so no tower loses supply for long.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
The larger Sector 5 societies run overhead tanks near 10,000L feeding many flats, so one cleaning keeps a whole tower's water fresh. We drain, scrub, vacuum sediment and sanitise, sequencing block by block so no tower is dry. A 10,000L shared overhead tank sits at the top of the ₹2,500-3,000 band, split across more flats so the per-flat share drops to ₹120-150. Paired with a deep sump, the combo for a big block is ₹4,500-6,000. We recommend twice-yearly cleaning for systems this size.
For Sector 5's multi-block societies, an annual RWA contract is the practical choice — we cover every block's overhead tank and sump on a fixed schedule with one point of contact. Pricing is quoted per society by total tank count, and the per-flat cost lands around ₹120-150 a cycle. Contracts include priority same-day cover if any single tank is fouled between visits. Societies that prefer one-off calls still pay the standard ₹2,500-3,000 per shared overhead tank.
“Our society has many blocks — can you do them all?” Yes. We send a larger crew and clean block by block on a sequence agreed with your RWA so no tower loses supply for long.
“What's the per-flat cost in a big Sector 5 society?” Because the cost splits across more flats, the per-flat share drops to ₹120-150 for a shared overhead tank cleaning.
“Do you handle 10,000L tanks?” Yes. A full-size 10,000L overhead tank is drained, scrubbed, vacuumed and sanitised, priced at the top of the ₹2,500-3,000 band.
