Independent house on a 200-yard plot, multi-tank kothi in Dhansa Road area, society flat in Najafgarh main — we cover the whole Najafgarh stretch all the way to the Haryana border. Same prices as central Delhi. Starting ₹600 overhead, ₹1500-4000 for multi-tank properties.
Najafgarh is one of the parts of Delhi where DJB pipeline supply is still inconsistent. Most homes rely on a mix — some pipeline water when the supply runs, borewell water the rest of the time. That changes the tank cleaning math.
Borewell water in Najafgarh is hard. High TDS, lots of minerals, often a slight earthy taste. When this water sits in your tank, the minerals settle out at the bottom and form scale on the walls. The scale forms faster than it would in central Delhi where the supply is mostly treated DJB water. What this means in practice: a Najafgarh tank cleaned every 6 months still looks much worse on opening than a tank in Karol Bagh cleaned every 6 months. We usually recommend Najafgarh customers clean every 4 months, not 6, if you’re on a borewell-heavy supply.
Most Najafgarh independent houses have a plumbing pattern that’s specific to areas with patchy DJB supply. There’s usually:
This means the rooftop tank water is a daily-changing mix of DJB and borewell water. Some days it’s 80% borewell, some days it’s 70% DJB. The mix is what causes faster scaling than a pure-DJB or pure-borewell supply would. When we clean a Najafgarh tank, we usually find the bottom 2-3 inches are a fine grey-brown sediment — a mix of borewell minerals and old DJB chlorinated residue.
Najafgarh is 50-60 minutes from our Khanpur base in normal traffic. For same-day bookings, we need to hear from you by 10 AM. For afternoon and evening bookings, next-day morning is realistic. We don’t charge extra for distance — the standard pricing is the same as central Delhi.
One Najafgarh-specific note: for plot houses with multiple tanks, please tell us at booking time how many you have and roughly the sizes. The pricing changes a lot between “single overhead tank” and “two sumps plus three rooftops”, and we don’t want to be surprised when we arrive.
“Our Najafgarh house runs partly on borewell water. Does that change how often we should clean?” Yes — borewell water in Najafgarh is hard (high TDS) and leaves heavy scaling inside the tank within 4-5 months. We recommend cleaning every 4 months for borewell-fed Najafgarh homes, not the standard 6. For homes on full DJB supply, every 6 months is fine.
“We have a big plot in Najafgarh with 2 sumps and 3 overhead tanks. Can you handle everything?” Yes — Najafgarh plot houses with multiple tanks are a common job for us. A typical 2-sump-plus-3-rooftop property takes 4-5 hours with a 2-person crew. Order matters — we clean sumps first, then rooftops (the sump feeds the rooftops). Quoted on inspection because plot sizes vary widely. Usually ₹3000-4000 for the full property.
“Najafgarh is far from central Delhi. Do you actually come there?” Yes, regularly. Najafgarh is 50-60 minutes from our Khanpur base. For same-day, we need you to book by 10 AM. For afternoon and evening bookings, next-day morning is more realistic. We don’t charge extra for the distance — same prices as central Delhi.
