We clean shared and private tanks across Rohini Sector 18's group-housing societies, DDA HIG flats and builder floors — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 18 has one of Rohini's larger concentrations of group-housing societies, sitting alongside DDA HIG blocks and some builder floors. The societies run big shared overhead tanks feeding many flats, each backed by a sizeable underground sump — the classic combo job. DJB piped supply is moderately hard, so the large overheads build scale on the walls and the society sumps hold heavy settled silt from months of filling. HIG blocks nearby share their own overhead tanks the RWA looks after. The scale of the society tanks here means we usually bring a larger crew and plan a half-day per society.
Society managers in Sector 18 prefer a scheduled combo clean of overhead and sump together, so we block a morning per society and work through both. Individual HIG and builder-floor owners book separately on shorter slots.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
A Sector 18 group-housing society typically runs a large shared overhead tank of 5,000 litres or more plus a sizeable underground sump. We do them as one combo: drain and hand-scrub the big overhead, then pump out the sump and vacuum the heavy settled silt, disinfecting both before refill. A combined society overhead-plus-sump clean runs ₹4,500-6,000 depending on tank sizes, which the society splits across its flats. Where the large tank has thick scale we add descaling for ₹300-500. We photograph every tank inside and give the manager a written record.
The DDA HIG blocks in Sector 18 share their own overhead tanks, cleaned at ₹2,500-3,000 with the flats splitting the cost per share. Builder floors on the plotted stretches run individual overhead tanks, ₹699-1,499 each, and a move-in clean before a family shifts in is popular. A self-built floor with its own small sump gets a combined clean for ₹1,500-2,500. We keep shorter same-day slots for these individual jobs around the bigger society bookings.
“How much for a full society combo clean in Sector 18?” A large overhead plus underground sump runs ₹4,500-6,000 depending on tank sizes. The society splits it across the flats and gets photos and a written record.
“How long does a society job take?” We block a morning, usually a half-day, per society and bring a larger crew to do the big overhead and sump together in one visit.
“Can a single HIG flat book without the whole block?” Yes. An individual overhead is ₹699-1,499; a full HIG shared tank is ₹2,500-3,000 when the RWA books it.
