Sector 151 sits in Noida’s Sports City, right beside Sector 150 — a low-density, green planned belt of premium high-rise condominiums set among open landscaping rather than packed close together. The towers are tall and managed professionally, each fed by an underground reservoir (UGR) pumping up to overhead tanks across many floors. Because it’s newer and still filling up, a good share of these towers were handed over only recently.
That makes the first proper clean the job that defines Sector 151 for us.
