CR Park is mostly plotted independent houses with the typical setup — underground sump in the front lawn, plastic overhead tank on the rooftop. The community here is tight-knit and word-of-mouth works fast, so we focus on doing the job clean and quietly. The two markets (Market 1 and Market 2) have several Bengali restaurants and sweet shops that need food-grade cleaning with FSSAI certificates. We do annual contracts for a few of them — quarterly visits and proper paperwork.

Both tanks need cleaning, and we always recommend doing them together. Here’s why:
Underground sumps in CR Park kothis are usually concrete construction from the 70s or 80s. Common findings: scale buildup on walls from the borewell mineral content, fine silt and sand at the bottom from older feed pipes, and occasionally algal slime if the sump has any light leak (broken cover, gap in the lid). Our certificate has everything inspectors look for: chemicals used, batch numbers, contact time, crew names, capacity. We can also coordinate a third-party lab water test alongside the cleaning if you want a paper trail beyond our certificate (₹800-1,500 extra).
"My maa-baba live alone in the house, can you handle everything without disturbing them?" Yes — this is one of the most common requests we get from CR Park families with elderly parents in the kothi while children live abroad or in another part of the city. We coordinate via WhatsApp with the booking person, work quietly, and check in with the resident only when absolutely necessary.
"Will the cleaning leave any mess in the front lawn?" No — we tarp around the sump opening, contain the sludge in our own buckets, and dispose of it off-site. The lawn looks the same when we leave.
