“Our wing’s common tank serves 12 flats — how do we organise a clean?” One resident is enough to start. We visit, check the stair-tower access and quote ₹1,500 for the common tank, then you circulate the split — usually just over ₹100 per flat. We fix a notice-board date, clean around the DJB fill window, and leave the certificate with whoever coordinated.
“Can shopkeepers in the B1 or B2 market book together?” Yes. Market buildings in B1 and B2 share tanks between shops and the homes above, and a group of shop owners can pool a booking exactly like a residential wing. We clean early morning before shutters open so the market day is not disturbed, and each building gets its own certificate.
“Will the flats lose water while you clean the common tank?” For a few hours at most. We schedule against the DJB timing so the tank is cleaned between fills, and it refills on the next supply window already disinfected. Where a wing has a second tank we clean them one at a time so some storage stays available throughout.
“How often should a B Block common tank be cleaned?” Every four months is right for a tank cycling twice daily on timed supply and serving many households. Most wings we serve settle into three cleans a year under an AMC, which discounts the per-visit rate and means no resident has to push the wing into action each time.
“Can you handle an urgent clean if the wing’s water turns bad?” Yes — call before 10 AM and we can usually clean the affected common tank the same day.
