Shared-tank cleaning across Mahavir Enclave Parts 1-3 — tenant-heavy walk-ups whose single rooftop tanks take silty tanker top-ups all summer, cleaned building by building with owner certificates. From ₹1,500 per tank.
Mahavir Enclave is the dense colony strip between Palam and Dwarka Mor, split into Parts 1, 2 and 3 — narrow plots, 4-storey walk-ups, heavy tenant occupancy and ground-floor shops. Buildings share single rooftop tanks, borewell-fed for most of the year and topped up by DJB tankers through summer. Those tanker fills carry visible silt, and it settles exactly where you would expect: a muddy base layer in the one tank the whole building drinks from.
KaamGenie cleans Mahavir Enclave the way its ownership works — through building owners and small owner groups rather than societies. An owner books the building’s tank (and the shop’s separate storage where there is one); neighbouring owners in a Part 2 or Part 3 lane pool a round for the discount. Every clean is the full sequence — drain, mud-layer removal, jet-wash, scrub, food-grade disinfection — with before-and-after photos and a dated certificate per building. For one-off tanks, see water tank cleaning in Mahavir Enclave.
Tanker water is a lifeline here in summer, but it is not pipeline water: it arrives agitated from the drive, carrying fine silt that a pipeline fill would have dropped long before your roof. Poured into a shared tank several times a season, each top-up adds a layer, and the building’s heavy draw — four floors of tenants plus a shop — keeps the water moving so the mud consolidates instead of clearing. By September the base layer is thick enough to shade every glass drawn on a low tank.
The correction is straightforward and seasonal: a post-summer clean that strips the tanker season’s accumulation, and ideally a pre-summer one so the season starts from a clean floor. At ₹1,500 per tank — one tank per building being the norm here — it is among the cheapest whole-building fixes in the enclave, and pooled lane rounds bring the rate down further. Owners keep the certificate for the property file; tenants get water that stops tasting of the last tanker.
No travel charge anywhere in Mahavir Enclave. The final price is confirmed on the call before we come — it depends only on tank size and access.

“When is the best time to clean a tanker-fed tank here?” Twice a year, bracketing summer: once just before tanker season so the fills land in a clean tank, and once after it to strip the season’s silt. Buildings that can only do one clean should do the post-summer one — that is when the mud layer is thickest.
“Our building has one tank for four tenant floors and a shop — is that one job?” Yes: one shared tank is one ₹1,500 clean, whoever draws from it. If the shop keeps separate storage — a drum or small tank of its own — we clean that in the same visit at the multi-tank rate. The owner gets a single certificate file covering the building.
“Can owners in one lane of Part 2 book together?” Yes, and most of our Mahavir Enclave work now runs that way: four or five owners fix a shared date, the crew moves building to building down the lane, and the pool discount applies across the round. Each owner still receives their own certificate and photo set.
“Tenants keep complaining about muddy water — what do we show them after a clean?” The before-and-after photos and the dated certificate. The before photos of a tanker-season tank are usually persuasive on their own — and once tenants have seen the after photos, complaints tend to switch off. Several owners photograph the certificate into the building’s tenant WhatsApp group.
“How quickly can you get to Mahavir Enclave?” Same day is usually possible if you book before 10 AM — the enclave sits right on our Dwarka Mor-Palam route. In peak summer the diary fills fastest, so during tanker season a day’s notice is safer for anything bigger than a single urgent tank.
