We clean overhead and sump tanks for Rohini Sector 17's DDA Janta and LIG flats and group-housing societies near the Metro — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 17 sits close to the Red Line corridor and packs in DDA Janta and LIG flat blocks with tight lanes and a busy local market. The Janta blocks have the smallest shared overhead tanks in Rohini, so with heavy daily use the sediment barely gets a chance to settle before the next draw. Sumps under these blocks are old and hold years of compacted silt at the bottom. DJB water is piped and moderately hard, so the small tanks scale quickly around the outlet. Being near the Metro, the market side also has commercial tanks for the shops and food stalls that need frequent cleaning.
The narrow Sector 17 lanes mean we bring compact equipment and park on the main road, running hoses in. We slot Janta-block cleanings for early morning and market tanks before the stalls open.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
A Sector 17 Janta block shares a small overhead tank and an old underground sump that has years of packed silt at the bottom. We drain the overhead, scrub the scale off the small tank's walls and outlet, then pump the sump dry and vacuum the compacted silt that ordinary cleaning never reaches. A shared overhead here is ₹2,500-3,000 and the sump ₹1,500-2,500, split among the flats at ₹120-180 each. On a badly scaled small tank we add descaling for ₹300-500. Given the heavy draw, twice a year is the honest recommendation.
The Sector 17 market side, close to the Metro, has shops and food stalls running smaller commercial tanks that turn over fast and need frequent cleaning for hygiene. We clean these before the stalls open, at ₹699-1,499 each, and can bundle a row of adjacent shops in one early-morning visit. An individual LIG flat wanting its own tank done is ₹699-1,499. Same-day booking is usually possible for the market if you call the evening before.
“Our Janta block tank is small but always dirty — why?” Small tanks with heavy use never let sediment settle. We scrub and disinfect it properly; twice-yearly cleaning at ₹2,500-3,000 for the overhead keeps it clear.
“Can you reach tanks in the narrow Sector 17 lanes?” Yes. We use compact gear, park on the main road and run hoses in. It doesn't change the price.
“Do you clean food-stall tanks near the Metro?” Yes, before opening hours. Commercial stall tanks are ₹699-1,499 and we can do a row of shops together in one morning.
