Surajmal Vihar is a planned cooperative society — Blocks A through E, mix of bungalows and 3-4 storey builder floors. The cooperative managed common services (including water) for years, but most cleaning is now done by individual building/owner bookings.
We work all five blocks. A and B side have more bungalows, C-E side more builder floors. Same crew, different tank sizes.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
A-B Block bungalows typically have one 2000L overhead + one 4000-6000L underground sump. Full cleaning ₹2,200-3,000. Annual contract ₹3,800-5,000 (2 visits/year) — most bungalow owners pick this.
C-E Block builder floors share rooftop tanks across 4-6 flats. ₹899-1,200 per cleaning. We document for tenant transparency — photo before, photo after, WhatsApp to landlord.
"My building is C Block — can you do this Sunday?" Yes, we have Sunday slots. Book Saturday for confirmation.
"How much for our annual contract for the bungalow?" ₹3,800-5,000/year (2 visits) for typical A Block setup (overhead + sump). Includes scheduled-reminder calls and water chlorine treatment.
"Do you give cooperative society GST invoices?" Yes — full GST invoice with the society's PAN/GSTIN if you provide them.
