Kidwai Nagar is really two colonies sharing a name. East Kidwai Nagar is the NBCC showcase — a completed high-rise government housing township with tower sumps, terrace tank banks and organised facility management running the common services. West Kidwai Nagar retains the older CPWD low-rise blocks with their shared stair-tank arrangement. Between Ring Road and the INA metro, the two sides need entirely different service formats, and treating them the same shortchanges both.
