Block A plotted houses, Block B DDA flats, Safdarjung Development Area (SDA) builder floors, the AIIMS-adjacent lanes — we clean tanks across Safdarjung Enclave. ₹600 starting, same-day usually possible.
Safdarjung Enclave covers a mix of building types — original DDA plotted houses (built in the 70s) in Blocks A through D, newer DDA-style buildings in the Safdarjung Development Area (SDA), and a scattering of builder floors and apartment buildings. AIIMS and Safdarjung Hospital sit right next door, so the area also has medical-staff residences and some institutional buildings.
Water supply is mostly DJB pipeline (more reliable than borewell-dependent South Delhi areas), and tank patterns are split between individual flat tanks (most older DDA buildings) and shared building tanks (the newer SDA buildings and apartment complexes). Both are routine for us.
The original Safdarjung Enclave blocks (A through D) are mostly 4-storey DDA-era buildings with individual flat tanks — one rooftop tank per apartment, owned by each flat owner separately. This makes booking easy: any individual resident can call without needing RWA approval. Standard ₹600-750 pricing, 90-minute visit.
The newer SDA buildings and the apartment complexes near AIIMS often have shared tanks instead — one large overhead tank serving multiple flats. These need RWA approval to book, but the per-flat cost is much lower. We’ve worked with several Safdarjung Enclave RWAs on annual contracts.
Standard Safdarjung Enclave tank: about 90 minutes door-to-door for an overhead tank, 2-3 hours for a combined sump + overhead. We bring everything — vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade chlorine disinfectant, scrubbing brushes, rinse water. After cleaning, before-and-after WhatsApp photos and a GST invoice.
"We’re in Block C with an individual flat tank. Can I book just my flat?" Yes — individual flat tanks need no RWA approval. ₹600-750 standard pricing, 90-minute visit. We send before-and-after WhatsApp photos and a GST invoice.
"Our SDA building has a shared tank for 16 flats. How does RWA-coordinated cleaning work?" Standard process: one resident raises the issue with the RWA secretary, we send a written quote with GST on letterhead, RWA approves and schedules. Cleaning during low-water-use windows (usually 11 AM-2 PM). Cost is ₹2500-4000 for the whole tank, split across 16 flats it’s ₹160-250 per family.
"We have AIIMS doctors in our building. Can you schedule during weekends only?" Yes — weekend slots are available, sometimes preferred by RWAs for busy professional buildings. No premium for weekend bookings. Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday morning all work fine.
All pockets covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.
Same crew, same prices, same-day where possible.
Book a slot — we can usually fit you in today or tomorrow.
