Sagarpur East plot houses, Sagarpur West DDA flats, the Village lanes, the Dwarka-adjacent builder floors — we clean tanks across every Sagarpur pocket. ₹600 starting, same-day usually possible.
Sagarpur is one of those South-West Delhi neighbourhoods that grew organically from an urban village into a dense residential area with mixed building types — older plot houses in Sagarpur Village, planned DDA blocks in Sagarpur East and West, and newer builder floors filling in around them. Water supply is split between DJB pipeline and borewell, with most households using both.
Tank patterns vary by sub-area: the older Village plots typically have small overhead tanks (often 500L) on tight rooftops, the DDA blocks have individual flat tanks, and the builder floors have shared building tanks. We handle all three regularly — the crew adapts based on what kind of access and equipment is needed.
Sagarpur has a lot of 3-4 storey builder floors where each floor is a separate flat owned by a different family. The most common booking pattern we see: one resident calls about their tank, finds out their neighbours are interested too, and the whole building books together. We charge ₹500 per tank when 3+ flats in the same building book in one visit — saves the household ₹100-200 each compared to individual bookings.
For Sagarpur Village, the inner-lane plot houses are usually single-tank rooftop setups. Standard ₹600 pricing. Access can be tight in the Village lanes but our crew handles it routinely with hand-carried equipment. For the DDA blocks in Sagarpur East and West, individual flat bookings work fine since most blocks have individual tanks rather than shared ones.
Standard Sagarpur tank: about 90 minutes door-to-door for an overhead tank, 2-3 hours for a combined sump + overhead. We bring everything — vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade chlorine disinfectant, scrubbing brushes, rinse water. After cleaning, before-and-after WhatsApp photos and a GST invoice.
"We’re in a Sagarpur builder floor with 4 flats. Do we all need to coordinate?" Not strictly — you can book individually too. But coordinating saves money: ₹500 per tank vs ₹600 individually when 3+ flats book together. Talk to your neighbours, or we can post in your building’s WhatsApp group to gauge interest. Many Sagarpur buildings already have a maintenance chat for this.
"Sagarpur Village lanes are narrow. Can your van reach our house?" Inner Village lanes are tight. Our crew parks on Sagarpur Main Road or the nearest accessible sub-lane and walks in with hand-carried equipment. Adds 10-15 minutes, no extra charge. We’ve done plenty of Village-lane jobs.
"Our DDA block in Sagarpur East has individual tanks but the building has a shared sump downstairs. Should we clean both?" Strongly recommended. The shared ground sump feeds water to all the individual flat tanks via motor. If the sump is dirty, every flat gets recontaminated. RWA usually coordinates the sump cleaning (₹1500-2500), individual flats book their own overhead tanks. Combined annual contracts work well for these buildings.
All pockets covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.
Same crew, same prices, same-day where possible.
