Palam Colony plotted houses, Palam Village kothis, Sadh Nagar lanes, Mahavir Enclave builder floors, the airport-adjacent buildings — we clean tanks across every Palam pocket. ₹600 starting, same-day usually possible.
Palam is really a cluster of pockets — Palam Colony (planned residential), Palam Village (older urban village), Sadh Nagar, Mahavir Enclave, plus the IGI Airport-adjacent buildings. Each one has its own character. Palam Colony is mostly plotted houses with overhead tanks; Palam Village is dense, narrow lanes, smaller tanks; Mahavir Enclave has builder floors with shared building tanks; the airport-adjacent buildings include hotels and staff colonies with larger commercial tanks.
What unites them: borewell-heavy water supply (DJB pipeline reaches only patchily), which means hard mineral deposits inside tanks within a few months. Palam is one of the South-West Delhi areas where quarterly cleaning makes more sense than the standard 6-month interval, especially for households fully dependent on borewell.
Most of Palam runs on a mix of DJB pipeline (patchy, lower-pressure) and borewell water (heavier mineral content). The borewell water leaves a fine white scaling on tank walls within 3-4 months — it’s why Palam tanks look “crusty” on the inside even when the water at the tap seems okay. We see this constantly here, especially in Palam Colony and Sadh Nagar.
The fix is descaling treatment alongside the standard cleaning. ₹300-500 extra, removes the mineral coating chemically rather than just scrubbing it. For Palam customers we recommend full cleaning + descaling once a year, plus a standard cleaning every 6 months in between. The annual contract bundles all of this and works out cheaper than individual visits.
Standard Palam tank: about 90 minutes door-to-door for an overhead tank, 2-3 hours for a combined sump + overhead. We bring everything — vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade chlorine disinfectant, scrubbing brushes, rinse water. After cleaning, before-and-after WhatsApp photos and a GST invoice.
"Our Palam Village house has tight lanes — can your van reach us?" Palam Village inner lanes are tight but manageable. Our crew parks on the nearest accessible main road (Palam Marg or Sadh Nagar side) and walks in with hand-carried equipment. Adds 10-15 minutes, no extra charge.
"We’re right next to the airport runway — do you handle the noise/access issues?" Yes. Airport-adjacent buildings are routine for us. Access permissions vary by building (some private, some have airport-related restrictions). If your building needs entry approval, give your security desk advance notice and we’ll bring our company ID. Cleaning itself is unaffected by the location.
"Our Mahavir Enclave builder floor shares a tank with 3 other flats. How does pricing work?" For shared building tanks in Mahavir Enclave, we charge ₹1500-2500 for the whole tank (depending on size). The flats can split it however they want. We send one GST invoice to the building secretary or whoever coordinates. Per-flat cost is usually ₹400-600 — cheaper than each booking individually.
All pockets covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.
Same crew, same prices, same-day where possible.
