We clean tanks for Rohini Sector 14's DDA MIG and HIG flat blocks, group-housing societies and builder floors — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 14 is a well-organised Rohini pocket of DDA MIG and HIG flat blocks with active RWAs, alongside a few group-housing societies. The RWAs here tend to think ahead and book annual maintenance for the whole block's shared tanks. DJB water is piped and on the harder side, so the big shared overhead tanks develop scale on the walls and around the outlet, and the float mechanisms stiffen up. The society sumps below hold a season's worth of settled silt. Because blocks are maintained collectively, tanks are generally in better shape than in sectors without organised RWAs, but the scaling still needs annual attention.
We run Sector 14 mostly on RWA schedules — one call books the entire block, and we work through the tanks over a morning. Individual flat owners can still book separately whenever they want.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
Sector 14's organised RWAs like a fixed annual clean for every shared tank in the block at once. We take the block's overhead tanks and the underground sumps in one scheduled morning: drain, hand-scrub the hard-water scale, vacuum the sump silt, disinfect, refill. A shared overhead runs ₹2,500-3,000 and each sump ₹1,500-2,500, and on an annual contract we hold the rate and add descaling for ₹300-500 only where needed. The RWA gets before-and-after photos of every tank for its records. Booking the whole block at once keeps the per-flat share near ₹120-180.
Not everyone waits on the RWA cycle — a Sector 14 flat owner who wants their own overhead line done can book a single clean for ₹699-1,499. HIG duplexes sometimes have a small private tank on top of the shared one, which we do together in a single visit. A combined private overhead-plus-sump for a self-contained unit is ₹1,500-2,500. We keep same-day slots open for individual flats when the RWA schedule is light.
“Can our RWA book the entire block's tanks in one go?” Yes, that is how most of Sector 14 works. One call covers every shared tank; overheads at ₹2,500-3,000 and sumps at ₹1,500-2,500, with the annual rate held and photos for your records.
“Does hard water need special treatment here?” The shared overheads scale on the walls and outlet. We hand-scrub it and add a descaling step for ₹300-500 where the buildup is heavy.
“I don't want to wait for the RWA date — can I book my own flat?” Yes. An individual flat overhead is ₹699-1,499 and we usually have same-day slots when the block schedule is light.
