It is shampoo plus extraction, not a wipe. A cloth over the top of a fabric sofa moves the surface dust around but leaves the embedded grime behind. Our process works a foam shampoo into the fabric, agitates it to release the dirt and oils held in the weave and the foam below, then pulls it all back out with a wet-vacuum extraction machine. That is what actually cleans a fabric sofa.
Fabric-safe every time. Different fabrics behave differently, so we test the shampoo on a hidden patch first to confirm the material is colour-fast before cleaning the whole sofa. Delicate fabrics that should not be soaked get a low-moisture or dry-cleaning approach instead, so nothing shrinks, bleeds or watermarks.
