“Our landlord will not arrange cleaning. Can tenants book it themselves?” Yes. Any tenant can call 95603 66362, and a building’s households can pool the cost — split across everyone drawing from the tank, it comes to very little per family. We inform the landlord as a courtesy where you want us to, and the photo report often converts a reluctant landlord into a repeat customer.
“Do you clean the ground drums too?” Always, when the building has them — drums are half of Inderlok’s storage and usually the dirtier half. They are emptied, scrubbed, disinfected and back in service the same day, cleaned in the same visit as the roof tank so the chain is clean end to end.
