We clean overhead and sump tanks across Rohini Sector 13's DDA LIG flats, group-housing societies and builder floors — same day where possible. Starting ₹699.
Sector 13 is dense with DDA LIG flat blocks and several group-housing societies, plus builder floors squeezed onto the older plots. The LIG blocks share smallish overhead tanks that see heavy daily draw, so sediment settles fast and the float valves scale up. Society sumps here are often undersized for the number of flats, which means they refill constantly and never fully settle. DJB supply is moderately hard, leaving the familiar chalky ring on tank walls. Builder floors going up on redeveloped plots leave fresh tanks full of cement dust that must be flushed before first use.
Because the blocks are packed close, we can chain several bookings in one lane on the same morning, which keeps per-flat costs down. New builder-floor move-ins we prioritise so the family gets clean water from day one.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from doorbell to pack-up. Underground sumps take longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on sludge. You don’t need to provide anything: we bring our own water for the rinse, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant and gloves, and send before/after photos on WhatsApp.
A Sector 13 LIG block shares one overhead tank and a sump that is usually too small for the flat count, so it refills all day and never lets silt settle. We drain the overhead, scrub the hard-water ring, then empty and vacuum the sump properly so the fine sediment actually comes out. A shared overhead is ₹2,500-3,000 and the sump ₹1,500-2,500, split across the flats at ₹120-180 each. Where the scale is thick we add descaling for ₹300-500. We recommend the block does this twice a year given the heavy draw.
Sector 13 has a steady flow of new builder floors on redeveloped plots, and their tanks arrive full of cement dust and grit. A move-in clean flushes the overhead tank and any sump, sanitises, and gets the water safe before the family shifts in — ₹699-1,499 for the overhead alone, ₹1,500-2,500 if there is a sump too. For an occupied builder floor wanting a routine yearly clean, a single overhead tank is ₹699. We can do it the same day if you call early.
“Our LIG block sump fills up too fast to clean — can you still do it?” Yes. We shut the inlet, pump it dry, vacuum the settled silt, disinfect, then refill. Sump cleaning is ₹1,500-2,500 and we suggest twice-yearly here because of the heavy draw.
“I just bought a new builder floor — is the tank safe to use?” New tanks are usually full of cement dust. A move-in clean flushes and sanitises it for ₹699-1,499. Do it before you move in.
“Can you clean several flats in our lane together?” Yes, chaining bookings in one lane keeps the per-flat cost down. Individual flat tanks are ₹699-1,499 each.
