Quick answer: KaamGenie provides pest control across all of Harkesh Nagar, the tight residential pocket beside Okhla Industrial Area and the Metro, packed with builder floors. We treat rodents, cockroaches, termite and more with CIB&RC-approved chemicals that are pet-safe and child-safe, and we run FSSAI-ready plans for the units nearby. Home treatments start at ₹599 and termite work from ₹2,499. Call 95603 66362 and the crew is usually with you the same day or next morning.
Harkesh Nagar is a tight residential pocket pressed up against Okhla Industrial Area and served by the Metro, a dense stack of builder floors and small flats on narrow plots. Living this close to the industrial estate shapes its pest problem more than anything else: the warehouses, godowns and factory kitchens of Okhla hold huge food and material stores that breed rats in bulk, and those rats spill out along the drains and boundary walls into the homes next door. Rodents, not the usual colony cockroach, are the leading call here.
The stacked builder floors share drain lines that let cockroaches breed in the risers, and the mix of homes and small commercial units nearby means food businesses sit cheek by jowl with flats. Every Harkesh Nagar visit uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals that are pet-safe and child-safe, and we send before-and-after photos on WhatsApp so the work is easy to check. Our crew works Harkesh Nagar, Okhla and the Govindpuri side daily, so a same-day or next-morning slot is usually there.
Rodents are the headline problem in Harkesh Nagar because of the Okhla estate next door: the warehouses, godowns and factory kitchens hold large food and material stores that breed rats, and they travel out along the drains and boundary walls straight into the homes. Our rodent control works the runs they use, setting tamper-proof bait boxes along the walls, drain lines and the industrial-edge boundary, and sealing the gaps around pipes, vents, shutters and doors they slip through. It starts at ₹999, and a home or unit on the industrial edge is best kept on a running plan given the constant pressure.
The stacked Harkesh Nagar builder floors share kitchen and bathroom drain lines, so cockroaches breed in the damp risers and climb floor to floor, and a single-flat spray never holds. Our gel-bait cockroach control places bait at the riser openings, sink backs, hinges and skirting the roaches patrol, and they carry it back into the harbourage so the colony collapses rather than scattering. When a whole building is affected we treat the stack together. Cockroach treatment in Harkesh Nagar starts at ₹599.
With Okhla’s factory canteens, cloud kitchens, food units and warehouses right alongside, Harkesh Nagar has plenty of commercial premises that need pest control fit for an FSSAI or client audit. Our commercial pest control treats cockroaches, rodents and flies with food-safe, CIB&RC-approved products, worked around production hours, and backed by GST invoices and dated records you can show an inspector. It runs monthly or quarterly so a unit stays clear year round, and it is priced per site after a survey of the premises.
Even the newer builder floors here carry woodwork termite will work through: door frames, wardrobes, kitchen units and any wooden flooring, with the ground-floor flats near the damp drain walls most at risk. A frame that sounds hollow, mud tubes along the skirting or a scatter of wood dust are the signs. Our anti-termite treatment uses discreet drill-and-inject points at the wall-floor junction and into the affected wood, pumping in CIB&RC-approved chemical so the frames and units stay in place. A single flat usually starts around ₹2,499.
Many Harkesh Nagar families book a straightforward whole-home treatment before a repaint, a new tenant or the festive season, wanting the common pests cleared in one go. Our general pest control is a single combination treatment for cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish and the usual household pests, using targeted gel baits and low-odour CIB&RC-approved products rather than indoor fogging. The crew comes in uniform, works around your timing, clears up afterwards and sends photos. The whole-home combo starts at ₹999.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
Sitting right on the Okhla industrial edge, Harkesh Nagar is under constant rodent pressure from the warehouses and factory kitchens next door, so a one-off treatment rarely holds for long. An annual maintenance contract keeps the cover going over scheduled visits through the year, with free call-backs in between, reminder scheduling and one GST invoice for the property. For a home on the industrial edge it keeps the rodent and cockroach watch ongoing, and for a nearby food unit it keeps the kitchen inspection-ready. The base AMC is ₹2,999 a year, set by the size of the premises.

Yes. The stacked flats share kitchen and bathroom drain lines, so roaches breed in the damp risers and climb floor to floor, returning after a single-flat spray. We use CIB&RC-approved gel-bait at the riser openings, sink backs and hinges, and treat the whole stack together where we can. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599, billed at bulk pricing when several flats are done together.
We treat the kitchen, stores and garbage area for cockroaches, rodents and flies with food-safe, CIB&RC-approved products, worked around your production hours, and give you GST invoices and dated service records you can show an inspector. What an audit accepts is the documented history and the invoice, not a verbal claim. It runs monthly or quarterly and is priced per site after a survey of the premises.
Yes. We use CIB&RC-approved products put down as targeted gel baits and low-odour formulas rather than heavy blanket sprays, so you can stay in the flat for most of the work. We will point out any spot to keep children and pets off and for how long, usually just a few hours, and we send before-and-after photos on WhatsApp so you can see exactly what was treated.
Our crew works Harkesh Nagar, Okhla and the Govindpuri side every day, so once you book we are usually with you the same day or the next morning, depending on open slots.
