Quick answer: KaamGenie provides pest control across all of Jaitpur, the spread of Extension plots and new builder floors running between Badarpur and Sarita Vihar. We treat cockroaches in the fresh builder floors, rodents and mosquitoes off the open plots and ground, and termite in the woodwork. Chemicals are CIB&RC-approved, pet-safe and child-safe. Home treatments start at ₹599 and termite from ₹2,499, with the call price being the final price. To book a visit, call 95603 66362.
Jaitpur is still filling in. Running between Badarpur and Sarita Vihar, it is a wide spread of Jaitpur Extension plots where new builder floors are going up alongside half-built plots and patches of open ground. A family that has just moved into a freshly finished floor is often surprised to find roaches already established, because new construction leaves damp screed, open drain stubs and gaps around fresh plumbing that cockroaches colonise before the paint is even dry. Being a mostly borewell-fed area, the damp around ground floors adds to it.
The open plots, construction debris and undeveloped ground between the houses give rats endless cover and runs into the new floors, and the same open ground holds standing water that breeds mosquitoes fast once the monsoon arrives. Our crew works the Jaitpur, Badarpur and Sarita Vihar side regularly, so we reach you the same day or the next morning. Every visit uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals that are pet-safe and child-safe, and we send before-and-after photos on WhatsApp so you can see the drain mouths and plot-side entries we treated.
Cockroaches lead the Jaitpur calls because the new builder floors practically invite them: fresh plumbing with open drain stubs, damp screed under new tiles and gaps around pipe penetrations give roaches warm, moist harbourage before a family has even settled in. A surface spray in the kitchen misses the drains and voids they actually live in. Our gel-bait cockroach control places bait at the sink backs, hinges, drain mouths and the gaps around new pipework, and the roaches carry it back to the harbourage. It is the right first treatment for a new floor. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599.
With half-built plots, debris heaps and undeveloped ground scattered through Jaitpur, rats have unlimited cover and short runs straight into the new builder floors and ground-floor shops. They slip in through gaps left around fresh plumbing and under new gates. Our rodent control sets tamper-proof bait stations along the wall lines and plot-facing runs they use, seals the gaps around pipes, vents and door bottoms, and checks the plot-side points where they enter. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and a ground floor backing onto an open plot is best kept on a plan while the area is still building up.
The undeveloped plots, foundation pits and roadside ground across Jaitpur hold standing water the moment the monsoon arrives, and that water becomes a mosquito breeding ground within days. For a family on a new floor beside an open plot it can turn the evenings unbearable. Our mosquito control fogs the plot surrounds, boundary and shaded corners and treats the larvae at source in the standing water around the plot, tank overflow and low spots. It matters most for dengue prevention where the open ground sits right beside the homes. Mosquito control starts at ₹699.
Even new Jaitpur floors carry termite risk, because the borewell damp around ground floors and the fresh woodwork of door frames, wardrobes and kitchen units give subterranean termite a path in from the soil. Thin mud tubes climbing from the plinth, a hollow-sounding frame or fine wood dust are the early signs, and catching it early on a new floor saves the new fittings. Our anti-termite treatment drills discreet injection points at the wall-floor junction and the affected wood and pumps in CIB&RC-approved chemical. A single home usually starts around ₹2,499.
When a family first moves into a Jaitpur floor, the sensible step is one thorough whole-home sweep to clear whatever the construction left behind. Our general pest control is a combo treatment for cockroaches, ants, silverfish, spiders and the usual household pests, room by room, using targeted gel baits and low-odour CIB&RC-approved products. The crew comes in uniform, works around a part-settled home, cleans up after and sends photos. It gives a new floor a clean baseline before the family fully moves in. General pest control starts at ₹999.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
While Jaitpur is still building up, the open plots, debris and borewell damp keep feeding roaches, rats and mosquitoes back in, so a single treatment on a new floor rarely holds for long. An annual maintenance contract covers four quarterly visits, free re-treatments in between, scheduled reminders and one consolidated GST invoice. For a floor beside an open plot it keeps the rodent and mosquito pressure down, and it keeps the termite watch running while the fresh woodwork is still worth protecting. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999 a year, quoted by the size of the home.

New construction is a classic cause. Fresh plumbing leaves open drain stubs, there is damp screed under the new tiles, and the gaps around pipework give roaches warm harbourage before you even settle in. We use CIB&RC-approved gel-bait at the sink backs, drain mouths and pipe gaps, which the roaches carry back to the nest, rather than a surface spray that misses the voids. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599.
Open plots and construction ground give rats cover and short runs into the new floors. We set tamper-proof bait stations along the plot-facing wall lines and runs, seal the gaps around pipes, vents and the gate, and check the plot-side entry points. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and while the plot beside you is still vacant an annual plan keeps them out better than one-off callouts every few weeks.
Yes. The undeveloped plots and foundation pits around Jaitpur hold standing water that breeds mosquitoes within days of the monsoon. We fog the plot surrounds, boundary and shaded corners and treat the larvae at source in the standing water, tank overflow and low spots. Mosquito control starts at ₹699, and for a home right beside the open ground it is worth repeating through the season to keep dengue risk down.
It is worth it, because the borewell damp and the fresh woodwork give subterranean termite a path in from the soil, and catching it early protects your new frames, wardrobes and kitchen units. We drill discreet injection points at the wall-floor junction and the affected wood and pump in CIB&RC-approved chemical. A single home usually starts around ₹2,499, depending on the area treated.
