General pest control is our most-booked package because it handles the pests that turn up across almost every Delhi home in one single visit. Instead of waiting until you spot a problem and paying for a single-pest treatment, the combo treats the seven everyday household pests proactively — with one crew, one chemical kit, and one round of follow-up. Here’s what’s in scope:
Not covered in this combo (sold as separate services because they need different chemicals and protocols): termite treatment, bed bug treatment, and rodent control (rats and mice). If any of these are also a problem, mention them when you book and we’ll quote them alongside the combo.
Delhi’s climate is a year-round pest problem dressed up as four seasons. Each season pushes a different pest to peak activity, and the windows overlap in ways that quietly rebuild infestations between visits.
Summer (April-June) — cockroach surge. Heat speeds up cockroach breeding cycles. A single female German cockroach can produce 300-400 offspring in a season, and Delhi’s peak summer is exactly the right temperature for the eggs to mature in 28-30 days instead of the cooler-month 60. By June, what was “the odd cockroach” in March is a kitchen with night-time activity behind the fridge and inside cabinet hinges.
Monsoon (July-August) — ants and housefly. Rain pushes ant colonies indoors looking for dry ground. The same water that pools in balconies and society drains becomes housefly breeding territory. Open kitchens and shared society garbage zones make it worse.
Post-monsoon (September-October) — mosquito peak. This is the single most important window. Standing water from the monsoon plus warm-humid weather creates Delhi’s dengue and chikungunya breeding pulse. The Aedes mosquito breeds in tiny pools — the rim of a flower pot, an unused balcony bucket, the saucer under a money plant. Post-monsoon pest control is the one visit you shouldn’t skip.
Winter (November-February) — spider, lizard, and sheltered cockroach. Cooler weather drives pests deeper into your home — cabinets, storerooms, behind appliances and inside boxed-up winter clothing. The activity looks quieter but the colonies are still consolidating.
For most Delhi homes, twice a year is the minimum: one pre-monsoon visit (March-April) and one post-monsoon visit (September-October). Quarterly — every three months — is the right cadence if you have kids, pets, allergies, or a society block with chronic pest issues.
Same six steps for every general pest control job. No room is skipped and no chemical goes on a surface before the technician explains it to you.
Total time for a standard 2 BHK: 45-60 minutes. 3 BHK or builder floor: 75-90 minutes. Kothi or whole bungalow: 2 hours.
Every chemical we use is approved by the Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee (CIB&RC) — the Government of India body that vets pesticides for label use, dose limits and indoor residential safety. We never use unlabelled chemicals, never use agricultural-grade pesticides indoors, and never exceed the label dose.
The practical safety protocol families need to follow:
The crew gives this briefing on arrival, repeats the key points before leaving, and leaves the written safety reminder on your kitchen counter.
Cockroach, ant, spider, mosquito and the rest — combo treatment, CIB&RC chemicals, before/after photos on WhatsApp. Starting at ₹999 per BHK.
Knowing the hiding spots helps you understand why “just spray the kitchen” rarely solves the problem long-term. Pests use the whole house even if you only see them in one room.
Kitchen. The hot zone for almost every infestation. Cockroaches hide inside cabinet hinges, behind the toaster, under the gas stove platform, inside electrical points and behind the fridge motor. Ants form trails along the back of countertops, around the sugar jar, and into pet food bowls. Spider corners build behind tall cabinets and inside the utility-area ceiling. This is where most of our gel bait and residual goes.
Bedroom. Mostly used by spiders, the odd housefly, and lizards near the window. Bed bug infestations are NOT covered in general pest control — if you suspect bed bugs (small red bites in a line, dark spots on mattress seams), book the separate bed bug treatment because the chemicals and re-visit cadence are very different. For general pest control, bedrooms get a light residual on skirting, corners and behind the headboard.
Bathroom. Cockroaches breed in floor drains and behind the toilet cistern. Mosquito larvae thrive in any standing water — bucket bases, the gap behind the washing machine, unused floor traps. The bathroom gets drain treatment, residual on skirting, and a low-pressure spray on the ceiling corners.
Living room. Ant trails track from balcony joints into the carpet edges. Occasional spiders behind heavy furniture and inside the ceiling fan recess. Sofa undersides collect dust and stray crumbs that attract small insects. Living room gets perimeter spray plus targeted treatment of the balcony entry points.
Storeroom and utility. Often skipped by quick-spray operators, but these are the rooms where pests winter and consolidate colonies. Cardboard boxes, stored fabrics and tools become spider and silverfish territory. Full residual treatment of the storeroom is included in every general pest control job.
One-off pest control treats the problem you can see today. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) pest control is the cadence that prevents the problem from rebuilding. For Delhi specifically, this matters because the seasonal pest cycle is unusually aggressive.
Our standard AMC is four visits per year — one every three months — with the post-monsoon visit treated as the priority slot:
Annual contract pricing saves 15-20% versus four separate one-off bookings. AMC customers also get free re-treatment within 15 days of any visit (instead of the standard service recovery window per booking), priority slots during peak season, and a written cleaning record useful for tenant agreements and society audits.
Prices are fixed and published. The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the crew arrives. All prices include CIB&RC-approved chemicals, gel bait, residual liquid, photo documentation and the 15-day service recovery window. GST included for residential customers.

Not every Delhi home needs the same pest control rhythm. Use this as a starting guide — the technician will give you a personalised recommendation after the first visit based on what they see.
| Property type | Recommended frequency | Why |
|---|---|---|
| DDA flat / 2 BHK builder floor (no pets, no kids) | Twice a year (April + October) | Lower pest pressure. Covers summer cockroach and post-monsoon mosquito windows. |
| 2-3 BHK with kids or pets | Quarterly (every 3 months) | Kids and pets mean food on the floor, more open garbage, more attraction. Quarterly cadence keeps pest activity below the visible threshold. |
| Kothi / bungalow with garden | Quarterly (every 3 months) | Garden = entry points. Larger surface area, more rooms, longer residual decay. Garden perimeter spray usually included. |
| Ground-floor flat with open balcony | Quarterly — especially post-monsoon | Ground floor sees lizards, centipedes and monsoon insect ingress in higher numbers. Post-monsoon visit is critical. |
| Restaurant / cafe kitchen | Monthly | FSSAI compliance plus food-safety risk. Commercial kitchens build cockroach problems fast without monthly treatment. |
| Society / RWA common areas | Quarterly + post-monsoon emphasis | Shared garbage zones, basement drains and lift wells are infestation hubs. Treating individual flats doesn’t help if the society common areas are untreated. |
General pest control is available across most of Delhi and the immediate NCR. Active zones today:
If your area isn’t listed, call us anyway — we’re adding zones every month and may already be live near you.
Same-day slots usually available if you book before noon. Fixed price, real safety briefing, photo documentation on WhatsApp.
Our general pest control package treats cockroach, ant, spider, lizard, common housefly, monsoon mosquito and occasional centipedes in one combo visit. The crew sprays a residual liquid in cracks, plumbing voids and skirting, and places gel bait stations in the kitchen for cockroach and ant trails. Termite, bed bug and rodent control are sold as separate services because they need different chemicals and protocols. Each visit ends with a written treatment record and before/after photos on WhatsApp.
Yes. We only use CIB&RC-approved chemicals labelled for indoor residential use, applied at the lowest effective dose. Pets, children and pregnant women should stay out of the treated area for 4-6 hours while surfaces dry and the residue binds to walls. After that, the home is safe to return to. We give a written safety briefing on arrival, mention every chemical we’re using, and never spray near open food, fish tanks or pet bowls without your go-ahead.
A standard 2 BHK takes 45-60 minutes. 3 BHK or builder floors take 75-90 minutes. You don’t need to leave during treatment — but you and your family should stay out of rooms while the crew is spraying them. Once we finish a room, you can come back into it after the surface dries (about 20-30 minutes). Kitchen and bedroom should stay closed for 4-6 hours after treatment for the residue to fully bond and start working.
Cooking and normal kitchen use: after 4-6 hours. Mopping the floor with water: wait at least 24 hours so the residual chemical isn’t washed off. Wiping kitchen platforms is fine after 4 hours — just avoid scrubbing the skirting, cabinet edges and corner gaps where we’ve placed gel bait or sprayed residual. Those spots should stay untouched for 15-20 days for full effect. Your crew will mark exactly which spots to leave alone before they leave.
Quarterly — once every 3 months — is the sweet spot for Delhi homes. The Delhi climate cycle pushes a fresh wave of pests every season: cockroach in summer, mosquito post-monsoon, ant trails year-round in homes with sugar storage. A 3-month cadence interrupts breeding cycles before infestations rebuild. If you take an annual AMC, you get four visits a year with the post-monsoon (September-October) visit emphasised because that’s the highest-risk window in Delhi.
Yes. If you see significant pest activity within 15 days of the treatment, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we send the crew back for a free re-spray of the affected zones. This is our standard service recovery — not a paid ‘warranty extension’. Honest expectation: gel bait stations for cockroach work over 10-14 days, so you will see dead cockroaches in the first week. That’s the treatment working, not the treatment failing.
No — bed bug treatment and termite treatment are sold separately because they need very different chemicals, equipment and follow-up protocols. Bed bugs need a mattress-and-furniture-focused spray plus a 14-day re-treatment. Termites need either drilling and chemical injection (for active colonies) or pre-construction soil treatment. Rodent control (rats and mice) is also a separate service that uses bait stations and entry-point sealing. Ask us for a separate quote if you suspect any of these.
Yes — kitchen-only treatment is one of our most common bookings, especially for tenants in builder floors or studio apartments where the rest of the home is rarely affected. Kitchen-only starts at ₹599 and covers cockroach gel bait in cabinets, ant residual along skirting, and a spider corner spray. The trade-off: pests displaced from the kitchen often migrate to bathroom drains and adjoining rooms within 2-3 weeks, so whole-home treatment lasts longer per rupee.
Yes — every job ends with a GST invoice issued in your name (or your company name if you tell us in advance) and a written treatment record showing the chemicals used, dose, treatment areas, technician name and the 15-day service recovery window. You also get before/after photos on WhatsApp from the crew lead. The invoice and treatment record are valid for AMC tracking, society audit records, and tenant move-in documentation.
Same-day pest control is usually possible if you call us before 12 noon.
