Quick answer: KaamGenie covers all of Vikram Vihar, the compact, organised pocket of Lajpat Nagar 4 beside the Defence Colony flyover. We treat cockroaches, termite, rodents, ants and mosquitoes with CIB&RC-approved products that are pet-safe and child-safe, and we settle the price on the call. Home treatments start at ₹599, termite from ₹2,499, and a whole-home combo from ₹999. For a same-day or next-morning slot, call 95603 66362.
Vikram Vihar is a small, well-ordered residential pocket, effectively the Lajpat Nagar 4 block tucked beside the Defence Colony flyover and the Lajpat Nagar market. A resident here is usually in a settled builder-floor or independent home on a planned lane, but the compact layout and the timed DJB water supply still drive a steady pest load: when water comes on a schedule, homes store it, and the damp around stored water and the kitchen plumbing keeps cockroaches breeding, while the aged woodwork of long-lived-in flats gives termite its opening.
Being a tight, built-up pocket next to a busy market and flyover, pests find cover in the service lanes and the shared drains, and a quick spray in one kitchen rarely settles a problem that is really about damp and shared lines. Our crew covers the Vikram Vihar, Lajpat Nagar and Defence Colony side daily, so we reach you the same day or the next morning in most cases. Every visit uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals, pet-safe and child-safe, and we send before-and-after WhatsApp photos of what was treated. The quote we give on the call is exactly what you pay.
With DJB water arriving on a schedule, Vikram Vihar homes store it, and the damp around stored water, the sink backs and the kitchen drains keeps cockroaches well fed and breeding, so a surface spray never gets the nest. Our gel-bait cockroach control places bait exactly where they travel, the sink backs, drain mouths, storage corners, hinges and skirting, and they carry it back to the harbourage rather than scattering. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599, and a flat with a recurring kitchen problem is best kept on a periodic plan so it does not build back up.
The settled builder-floors and independent homes of Vikram Vihar carry years of woodwork, door frames, wardrobes, kitchen units and wooden flooring, that subterranean termite works through, with ground-floor units near damp lines most at risk. A hollow-sounding frame, thin mud tubes near the skirting or fine wood dust under a cupboard are the tells. Our anti-termite treatment injects CIB&RC-approved chemical through discreet drill points at the wall-floor junction and the affected wood, so you keep the units instead of tearing them out. A single home usually starts around ₹2,499.
The service lanes, shared drains and the market edge by the Defence Colony flyover give rats cover and runs into the ground-floor homes and kitchens of Vikram Vihar. Our rodent control works the runs they actually use: tamper-proof bait stations along the lane drains, boundary walls and kitchen lines, with the gaps around pipes, vents and door bases sealed off. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and for a ground-floor home backing onto the service lane a standing cover keeps them out better than the occasional callout after a sighting.
A lot of what Vikram Vihar residents want is a single, thorough sweep of the flat before a repaint, a family function or the festive season, clearing not just roaches but the ants, silverfish and spiders too. Our general pest control handles them in one combined visit, using targeted gel baits and low-odour CIB&RC-approved products that suit a lived-in home with children and pets. The crew arrives in uniform, works around your timing, cleans up after and sends photos. From ₹999 for a standard flat, and it pairs well with a termite check.
Once the monsoon sets in, the shared drains, the flyover-side low spots and any water stored against the timed supply breed mosquitoes that settle over the Vikram Vihar lanes. Our mosquito control fogs the lanes, boundary and stairwells and treats the standing water in drains, overhead-tank overflow and stored-water containers where larvae develop. From ₹699, it matters most for dengue prevention through the rainy months, and a lane or a cluster of homes can share a fogging round for wider, cheaper cover.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
In a compact pocket like Vikram Vihar, where timed water keeps kitchens damp and the service lanes keep sending in rats, a single treatment holds for a while and then the same drivers bring pests back. An annual maintenance contract gives four quarterly visits, free re-treatments in between, timed reminders and one GST invoice. For a settled home it keeps the cockroach and rodent side in check all year and keeps a termite watch on the woodwork, so you are not rebooking after every flare-up. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the size of the home.

Often, yes. Because water arrives on a schedule, homes store it, and the damp around stored water and the kitchen drains keeps roaches breeding, so a surface spray never reaches the nest. We place CIB&RC-approved gel-bait at the sink backs, drains, storage corners, hinges and skirting, which the roaches carry back to the harbourage. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599, and a periodic plan stops it building back up.
No. We inject CIB&RC-approved chemical through small, discreet drill points at the wall-floor junction and the affected wood, so you keep the wardrobe and frames rather than ripping them out. In a settled home the neighbouring woodwork is worth checking in the same visit. A single home usually starts around ₹2,499, depending on the area treated.
The service lanes, shared drains and market edge give rats cover and a run into the ground-floor homes. We set tamper-proof bait stations along the lane drains, boundary walls and kitchen lines and seal the gaps around pipes, vents and door bases. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and for a home backing onto the service lane a standing cover keeps them out better than a callout after each sighting.
