Plotted house in Joga Bai, building on Muradi Road, shop in the local market — Batla House and surrounding lanes are regular service areas for us. Starting ₹600.
Batla House and the lanes around it are dense, plotted residential with multi-story buildings. Most have rooftop overhead plastic tanks, often shared across floors. The water comes from a mix of borewell and Jal Board, with hard mineral content in many places. Buildings here typically need cleaning every 4-5 months for the water to taste right.
Like Jamia Nagar nearby, lots of buildings here are tenant-occupied. We can coordinate with building owners directly if you give us their contact — we’ll handle the timing and access without bothering tenants.
Three reasons we see consistently: borewell hardness (the area’s borewell water has higher TDS than DJB supply, so mineral scaling forms faster), tenant turnover (rented buildings rarely have a single person responsible for tank upkeep, so it slips), and tank lid issues — many older buildings have rooftop tanks with broken or ill-fitting lids, which lets in dust, leaves, and even small insects between cleanings.
If the lid is the problem, we can replace it for ₹400-700 depending on size at the time of cleaning. A proper lid easily doubles the time between cleanings and keeps the water visibly cleaner.
For owner-managed buildings with tenants, we work the way most landlords prefer — one notice on the building noticeboard 24 hours in advance saying water will be off for 90 minutes between specific times, then we do the job and water’s back. The owner pays us directly via UPI or bank transfer, no need for tenants to be involved.
For self-occupied buildings, you can just let us in and watch us work, or leave us to it and check the photos on WhatsApp afterwards. We bring all our own equipment and don’t need the building’s electricity for our jet wash — battery-powered.
How long is water off during cleaning? Around 90 minutes total — 30 minutes to drain, 30 to clean, 30 to refill. We can usually do it during a part of the day when consumption is low (mid-morning or early afternoon).
Do you handle multi-tank buildings? Yes — some buildings here have 2-3 tanks (one per floor). Per-tank cost drops if we do them in the same visit.
Will you damage the plastic tank? No — we use food-grade brushes (not metal scrapers) and pressure-controlled jet wash that won’t crack the plastic walls. If we spot a pre-existing crack, we point it out before starting.
All pockets and lanes of Batla House covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.
