For shared pocket tanks, we just need one resident or the building caretaker to unlock the rooftop access door. Individual flat occupants don’t need to be home or do anything — we’re working on the rooftop, not inside any apartment. Water supply may be off for about 90 minutes total (drain to refill), so it’s good if the RWA gives advance notice via WhatsApp groups.
