Because water here is heavily borewell-fed, scaling builds up faster than DJB-only areas. For tanks that haven't been cleaned in 2+ years, we recommend adding a descaling treatment (₹300-500 extra) to remove the mineral coating properly. Without it, you re-accumulate scale within a few months of just a basic cleaning.
