DDA flat in Kalkaji main, office tank in Nehru Place, restaurant near Lotus Temple — Kalkaji has a mix of everyone, and we clean for all of them. Starting ₹699.
Kalkaji main has DDA flats and societies. The Nehru Place side has IT offices and large commercial buildings with huge underground reservoirs that need quarterly cleaning to stay compliant. We have ongoing contracts with a few Nehru Place office buildings and provide all the audit-ready paperwork.
For residential Kalkaji, the borewell water in many parts has high mineral content. White scaling builds up on tank walls within months. We recommend cleaning every 4-5 months for groundwater-fed buildings here, twice a year for DJB-supplied ones.
The groundwater here has noticeably high TDS (total dissolved solids) and calcium carbonate. Two visible signs of scaling: chalky white deposits on the inside walls, especially around the inlet and the water-line where the level fluctuates, and a thin layer at the bottom that feels gritty if you scoop it with a hand. Both are mineral scaling, not dirt — but they harbour bacteria that grow into the layer over time.
Plain rinsing won’t remove this. Our jet wash plus food-grade descaler in the cleaning step is what actually clears it. For Kalkaji homes that have skipped cleanings for 2+ years, expect the first deep clean to take longer (close to 2 hours for a standard 1000L tank).
Most Nehru Place commercial buildings have ground-level concrete reservoirs of 10,000-25,000 litres, plus separate overhead tanks. Cleaning the full setup takes 4-6 hours and a 3-person crew. We schedule on Saturdays or Sundays so weekday operations aren’t disrupted, and provide documented proof of cleaning that ISO and audit consultants accept.
For office buildings with tenant companies, we can either bill the building management directly (with a single GST invoice), or split costs across tenants on the same invoice with separate line items. Most building managers prefer the first option for simplicity.
"Why does the water taste different after cleaning?" Because it’s actually clean now — the slight earthy or metallic taste people get used to over years is contamination, not normal. Within a week most customers say the morning tea tastes better.
"Can you do all the flats in our DDA building together?" Yes — group bookings get a 15-20% discount per flat. Easiest to coordinate via the building’s WhatsApp group or RWA secretary.
"My tank is on a 4th-floor rooftop with no proper ladder access." Not a problem for us — our crew brings collapsible rooftop ladders and is trained for confined-space and height work. We’ve cleaned tanks on rooftops with much trickier access than a Kalkaji DDA flat.
All pockets and lanes of Kalkaji covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.

Every locality in Delhi stores different water, and that decides how fast a tank fouls. This is Kalkaji’s profile from The Delhi Water Index, built from our field observations across 250+ localities.
Indicative field characterisation, not a certified lab test. BIS IS 10500: TDS 500 mg/L acceptable, 2,000 permissible. Check any Delhi area →
