Quick answer: KaamGenie does pest control across Sector 12, Faridabad, society cockroach and rodent, plus termite treatment, for the homes and group housing near Ajronda Chowk and NHPC metro. Chemicals are CIB&RC-approved, pet-safe and child-safe. Cockroach work starts at ₹599, termite from ₹2,499, and societies on a plan get quarterly visits. Same-day where slots allow. Call 95603 66362.
Sector 12 sits around the central Ajronda Chowk and NHPC metro node, one of the busier residential sectors with a mix of independent homes and organised group-housing blocks. The society buildings shape its pest load the most: shared basements, common shafts and connected plumbing mean cockroaches and rodents treat a whole block as one habitat, so a problem in one flat is really a building problem, and clearing it needs the shared spaces treated together, not just the individual kitchens.
Alongside the society issues, the flats carry subterranean termite in ageing woodwork, and the central-sector congestion keeps rodents close. Our crew is near the Ajronda and NHPC belt most days, so a Sector 12 booking usually lands a same-day or next-morning slot, and we handle a fair amount of society-wide contract work here. Every job uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals, handled pet-safe and child-safe, with before-and-after photos on WhatsApp.
In Sector 12’s group-housing blocks, the shared kitchen and bathroom shafts, common basements and connected plumbing let cockroaches breed out of sight and move flat to flat, so treating one kitchen alone never holds. We use gel-bait cockroach control across the block, baiting the shaft openings, sink backs, hinges and basement service areas that roaches use, and schedule the common spaces with the individual flats together. From ₹599 per flat, with low-odour products so homes stay usable, and society-wide work is far more effective than scattered one-off treatments.
The shared basements, parking and service ducts in Sector 12’s societies give rats sheltered runs through the whole block, and from there they reach ground-floor flats, stores and bin areas. Our rodent control works the building as one: tamper-proof bait stations along the basement runs, duct lines and bin areas, then sealing the gaps around pipes, vents and door bottoms. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and for a society a maintenance plan with fixed stations keeps the population down instead of chasing it flat by flat.
The door frames, panelling and built-in almirahs in older Sector 12 flats give subterranean termite plenty to feed on, and it climbs quietly from the wall-floor junction before it shows. Mud tubes on the skirting, a hollow wardrobe back and fine powder on the floor are the signs. We use anti-termite chemical injection, drilling small, discreet points into the wood and floor junction and pumping in CIB&RC-approved chemical, so the fitted joinery stays in place. A Sector 12 flat usually starts around ₹2,499, quoted by the area treated.
Society parking bays, basement sumps, overhead tank overflow and the drainage low spots around Ajronda Chowk all hold water once the monsoon sets in, and mosquitoes breed fast in them. Our mosquito control combines thermal fogging of the parking, basements and boundary with larvae treatment of standing water in sumps, tank overflow and drain traps. From ₹699, and for a society it runs best on a monsoon schedule across the season to keep dengue risk down around the ground-floor flats and play areas.
A Sector 12 society block, with shared shafts and basements, rarely stays clear on one visit, because roaches and rats keep moving back from the common spaces and termite works the flats’ woodwork. Our annual maintenance contract covers four quarterly visits, free re-treatments in between, scheduled reminders and one consolidated GST invoice, and for a society we fold the common areas and flats into one plan. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the size of the premises, far cheaper than one-off call-outs across a block.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
A Sector 12 society block with shared shafts, basements and connected plumbing only stays clear briefly on a single treatment, because roaches and rats keep moving back from the common spaces that no single flat can treat. An annual maintenance contract covers four quarterly visits, free re-treatments between them, scheduled reminders and one consolidated GST invoice, with the common areas and flats folded into one plan. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the size of the premises, and most Sector 12 societies find it far cheaper than scattered one-off call-outs.

Yes. Every treatment uses CIB&RC-approved products, handled pet-safe and child-safe, and in kitchens, bedrooms and common play areas we favour targeted gel baits and low-odour formulations over open sprays. We tell residents which areas to keep clear and for how long, usually a short window, and schedule around the society’s routine.
