Farmhouse on Mandir Marg, plot house off Asola Bhati Road, Mandi Village kothi, builder floor near the Chattarpur Metro — whatever your tank, we'll clean it the same day where possible. Starting ₹600.
Chattarpur splits cleanly into two worlds when it comes to water. The Mandi Village side runs on a mix of borewell and tanker, which means hard, mineral-heavy water that scales tank walls fast. The farmhouse belt off Asola Bhati Road is almost entirely borewell-fed — the deposits there are worse, sometimes a centimetre of white scale inside a 2-year-old tank. The newer builder floors near Chattarpur Metro mostly get DJB supply, cleaner water, slower buildup.
We work across all three zones. The crew is based in nearby Khanpur, so once you book we're usually at your gate within an hour, sometimes faster for the Mandi side.
For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
Farmhouses off Asola Bhati Road and the Tivoli Road side are almost entirely on borewell water. The TDS is high enough that residents often install RO at every tap, but the tank itself never gets the same treatment — so by the time we open it, there's usually half an inch of scaling on the walls and 2-3 inches of sediment at the bottom. For these properties we recommend cleaning every 4 months instead of 6, combined with sump descaling in the same visit. A typical farmhouse run (one overhead, one underground sump) takes about 3 hours and runs ₹2,500-3,500 depending on tank sizes.
The dense Mandi Village pockets have a different problem — most plot houses have multiple smaller tanks (500-1000L Sintex), one per floor, often forgotten about for years because the building has 4 separate tenants who all assume the landlord handles it. We've started doing whole-building bookings here — one visit covers 3-4 tanks, costs ₹1,800-2,400 total, and the landlord gets a single GST invoice. Easier than chasing individual tenants.
"My farmhouse hasn't had a tank cleaning in 5 years — is it worth it now?" Yes, especially in Chattarpur where borewell water builds up fast. The first deep-clean for an old farmhouse tank typically takes 2.5-3 hours instead of 90 minutes because of the scale. We'll send before/after photos so you can see what came out — usually shocks people.
"Can your van reach my farmhouse on the Asola side?" Yes, the main Asola Bhati Road is fine and we can drive right up to most farmhouse gates. Inside the gated lanes we sometimes use a smaller hand-carried setup. No extra charge for either.
"Do you handle the big shared tanks in the Mandi side buildings?" Yes. For 3-storey plot houses with one shared 2000L overhead, we charge ₹900-1200 depending on condition. For DDA-style 4-storey blocks with a single 5000L tank, ₹1,500-1,800.
All pockets and lanes of Chattarpur covered. If your specific block or society isn’t named in the sub-areas above, just call — we almost certainly cover it.
