Nehru Place is mostly commercial — office towers, retail blocks, restaurants. Each tower has its own water setup, usually a large underground sump feeding multiple overhead tanks on different floors. Cleaning these requires coordination with the building maintenance team.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
Each Nehru Place office tower has a large shared water system — typically a 10,000-20,000L underground sump and 2-3 overhead tanks of 3,000-5,000L each on different floors. Cleanings here are scheduled in advance, done overnight or on Sundays when the building is empty. Pricing is per-tank, usually ₹1,500-2,500 per cleaning. Building managers typically book annual contracts.
Nehru Place has several restaurants with their own dedicated tanks (food prep, customer drinking water). These need cleaning every 3-4 months minimum because of FSSAI compliance. We do these as early-morning or late-night cleanings to avoid disrupting service. ₹1,200-1,800 per tank depending on size.
"Can you clean Nehru Place office tanks overnight?" Yes — that's the standard for commercial tower work. Crew works 10 PM to 4 AM, building's empty, no disruption. Same price as a daytime slot.
"Restaurant tank — do you provide an FSSAI compliance certificate?" We provide a cleaning certificate with date, tank ID, sanitization details. FSSAI auditors accept this as proof of regular cleaning.
"Building maintenance team — annual contract works for them?" Yes. We quote per tank, usually 2 visits per year, single GST invoice. Most tower facility managers prefer this over ad-hoc.
