Pushp Vihar is split into seven sectors along MB Road (Mehrauli-Badarpur Road), mostly 4-storey DDA flat blocks with shared overhead tanks. The MB Road side has newer builder floors with individual tanks; the inner Pushp Vihar sectors are mostly the older DDA flats.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.
Some Pushp Vihar RWAs run annual contracts with us — one cleaning per building, twice a year. The cost (₹1,500-1,800 for the typical 3000-5000L shared tank) gets divided across the 8-12 flats in the block. Where the RWA doesn't exist, individual residents book and either eat the cost or chase contribution from neighbours.
The newer builder floors along MB Road have individual flat tanks — typically 500-750L Sintex on each floor. Standard work, ₹600-750, done in 60-90 minutes.
"Our DDA building has no functional RWA. Can I book the shared tank?" Yes. You'll either eat the cost (₹1,200-1,500) or recover from neighbours — we provide before/after photos and an invoice you can show. Most residents agree to share once they see the sediment.
"Which sector do you cover first if I book today?" All sectors equally — crew is based in nearby Khanpur, so we can reach any Pushp Vihar address within 60-90 minutes during business hours.
"MB Road builder floor — does the price include the rooftop access?" Yes. ₹600-750 includes everything — rooftop access, equipment, water for rinse, disinfectant. No hidden costs.
