Quick answer: KaamGenie provides pest control across all of Kidwai Nagar, from the NBCC East Kidwai high-rise township to the old CPWD West Kidwai blocks near INA and South Extension. We treat cockroaches, rodents, mosquitoes and termite with CIB&RC-approved products that are pet-safe and child-safe, and coordinate whole-tower plans for societies. Home treatments start at ₹599 and termite from ₹2,499, with before-and-after WhatsApp photos. For a same-day or next-morning slot, call 95603 66362.
Kidwai Nagar is two eras side by side: NBCC’s completed East Kidwai high-rise township of glass-and-concrete towers, and the older low-rise CPWD blocks of West Kidwai, all sitting between INA and South Extension. A family in a new tower flat and a resident in an old government block meet pests from different directions. The towers run every kitchen and bathroom through common service shafts, so cockroaches breed in the risers and spread vertically, while the ageing West Kidwai blocks carry the tired plumbing and woodwork that feed roaches and termite.
Below the East Kidwai towers the basement parking, pump rooms and refuse areas give rats shelter and a route up into the lower flats, and the landscaped township gardens breed mosquitoes once the monsoon pools the low ground. The old West Kidwai frames hide termite. Our crew works the Kidwai Nagar, INA and South Extension side daily, so a same-day or next-morning visit is usually easy to arrange. Every treatment uses CIB&RC-approved chemicals, pet-safe and child-safe, and we send before-and-after WhatsApp photos of the work.
In the East Kidwai towers a single service shaft links the kitchens and bathrooms up an entire stack, so cockroaches breed in the damp riser and move flat to flat up and down the line, which is why a spray in one kitchen never settles it. Our gel-bait cockroach control targets the shaft openings, sink backs, hinges and skirting, letting the roaches carry the bait back to the harbourage. For a tower we coordinate with the society and dose the shared shafts together so they cannot re-cross between floors. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599.
The East Kidwai towers sit over deep basement parking, pump rooms and refuse chambers, and those give rats a sheltered base and a climb into the lower flats and lift lobbies. Our rodent control works the basement and the service routes: tamper-proof bait stations along the walls, cable trays and refuse points, gaps around pipe and conduit entries sealed, and traps on the active lines. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and for a tower with a recurring basement problem a society contract keeps it under control through the year.
The landscaped lawns and green belts of the East Kidwai township are a real draw, but they breed mosquitoes once the monsoon waterlogs the low ground and the basement sumps hold water. Our mosquito control thermal-fogs the gardens, boundary and basement, then larvicides the standing water that feeds the swarm: sump edges, drain pockets and tank overflow. Treating the common areas as a whole is what protects the garden-facing flats from dengue. Mosquito control starts at ₹699, and the society can run it on a monsoon schedule.
The old CPWD blocks of West Kidwai carry decades of untreated woodwork, the door frames, chaukhats, wardrobes and beams termite feeds on quietly for years. A hollow-sounding frame, thin mud tubes along the skirting or fine wood dust on the floor give it away. Our anti-termite treatment injects CIB&RC-approved termiticide through small, plugged holes at the floor line and the affected joinery, laying a barrier the colony cannot cross, so you keep the woodwork. A single flat usually starts around ₹2,499, with the adjoining frames worth a check.
Many Kidwai Nagar residents, in both the towers and the old blocks, want one thorough home treatment before a repaint, a posting move or a function. Our general pest control covers cockroaches, ants, silverfish, spiders and the usual household pests in a single visit, leaning on targeted gel baits and low-odour CIB&RC-approved products over open spraying. The crew comes uniformed, works to your timing, clears up and sends photos. General pest control starts at ₹999, and tower societies usually prefer a coordinated whole-block plan.
The price quoted on the call is what you pay — no surprise additions when the technician arrives.
For an East Kidwai tower society sharing shafts, gardens and basements, a one-off treatment only buys a few weeks before pests return from the next stack, the refuse room or the lawns. An annual maintenance contract covers four quarterly visits, free re-treatments between them, scheduled reminders and one consolidated GST invoice for the society. It keeps every tower on the same schedule so cockroaches and rats cannot simply move floors, and keeps a termite watch on the old West Kidwai blocks. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the society size.

A common service shaft links the kitchens and bathrooms up the whole stack, so roaches breed in the riser and move flat to flat after any spray. We use CIB&RC-approved gel-bait at the shaft openings, sink backs and hinges, and for a tower we dose the shared shafts together so they cannot re-cross between floors. Cockroach treatment starts at ₹599.
The basement parking, pump rooms and refuse chambers give rats a sheltered base and a climb into the lower flats. We set tamper-proof bait stations along the walls, cable trays and refuse points, seal the gaps around pipe and conduit entries, and trap the active lines. Rodent control starts at ₹999, and a tower with a recurring basement problem is best on a society contract.
Yes. We coordinate with the society and put the tower on one annual maintenance contract, four quarterly visits covering the flats, shared shafts, basement, gardens and common areas, with free re-treatments between and one consolidated GST invoice. It keeps every stack on the same schedule so pests cannot simply move floors. Base AMC starts at ₹2,999/year, quoted by the society size.
Usually yes. We inject CIB&RC-approved termiticide through small plugged holes at the floor line and into the affected joinery, laying a barrier the colony cannot cross, so you keep the frames. Where blocks share walls the adjoining frames are worth checking. A single flat usually starts around ₹2,499, depending on the area treated.
Our crew works the Kidwai Nagar, INA and South Extension side every day, so once you book we are usually at your gate the same day or the next morning, slots permitting.
