Gulmohar Park is one of Delhi's quieter premium pockets, between Hauz Khas and Greater Kailash. Bungalows on tree-lined lanes, most owned by long-term residents who treat maintenance as routine. Water is DJB with backup borewell, moderate hardness. Tanks here are some of the better-maintained ones in south Delhi — sediment is usually thin, lids are intact, the systems mostly just need a proper periodic clean rather than emergency intervention.

For a standard 1000-litre overhead tank, the whole job takes about 90 minutes from when we ring your doorbell to when we’re packing up. Underground sumps take a bit longer — usually 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much sludge has built up.
You don’t need to provide anything. We bring our own water for the rinse, our own electricity backup if needed, vacuums, jet pumps, food-grade disinfectant, gloves, the works. We’ll show you photos of the tank before and after on WhatsApp once we’re done.

A few Gulmohar Park properties still have original tanks from the 1980s — the heavy black-plastic ones that have started to crack from sun exposure. Plenty of those 40-year-old tanks still work fine; replacement is only urgent when there's visible structural damage.
"How early can you arrive for an annual contract slot?" We can do 7 AM starts. Earlier than that runs into noise complaints in the colony, so we don't go below that. 7-7:30 AM is the most common booking slot in Gulmohar Park.
"Do you handle multiple bungalows on the same road in one trip?" Yes — if 3-4 neighbours coordinate, we can do all of them on the same day with a small per-house discount. Easier on us, slightly cheaper for you. Just call and ask.
"My tank is original from 1985. Should I replace it?" Only if it's visibly cracked or leaking. Otherwise a good cleaning + descaling will keep it serving fine. We'll show you photos of the inside so you can decide.
